   I attended Beckenham Physio in view of a painful knee. The physiotherapist i saw explained all his procedures, and the goal he was hoping to achieve. I was given exercises to take away and do alongside a few sessions of acupuncture. Appointment was always on time and you could hear he had a caring nature and passion about his job. Strong recommendation. Thank you

   Following albeit a long time after a car crash, I had an appointment with Mr Shepherd to assess my ailments. Mr Shepherd spotted the problems straight away and done some work on the main points that needed it. I walked out feeling a little better as well as feeling at last I'm being taken seriously. I hope that I will be able to get more appointments with him to totally get me back to normal.

   Extremely disappointing. Complete waste of time. Went here as part of insurance as it is in the Nuffield Health network. Assessment took all of 2 minutes and was done by sight alone rather than any test or feeling the hip. Diagnosis: need insoles. Paid privately to get a second opinion with a thorough examination and shock… got some more issues with my hip than just needing insoles. Now have a proper rehab program. Pics on this Google page are misleading as well. Basically in someone’s bedroom. 1/10 would mot recommend.

   What an absolute waste of time. Literally got told some random bits of information and had needles stuck into me saying it was acupuncture! I’ve done physio and acupuncture before this is by far the worst experience. Literally had the person running down the clock on me.

   After waiting 5 weeks for my leg/glutes to stop hurting when I ran, I suspected Piriformis syndrome and booked to see Pete. He immediately saw the problem and fixed it, just like magic! Very professional and knowledgeable and I know exactly where to go should I pick up another injury. A really nice guy too who I enjoyed chatting to.
