   Had a tooth extracted yesterday and the moment I walked through the door, I received excellent service. I was very efficiently booked in and seen immediately for my checks before the extraction. Straight after that I was taken into the surgery and had the process explained to me by the dentist who then numbed me up and extracted my tooth in no time at all. After being checked by a doctor I was on my way about 5 minutes after my actual appointment time. A very good experience and no problems after. Thank you.

   Having been in need of an extraction that was too painful at my usual dentist, and has caused a years worth of pain and endless Absyss . I went to the nightingale clinic for help. Sedation was offered on the consultation visit with the extraction visit booked less than a week later. Very professional team. At ease the whole time and don’t remember a thing. Pain free after too. Definitely going back if any more extractions are needed down the line.

Dr. De Vos is truly exceptional, an incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and remarkably talented dentist whose professionalism stands out on every level. He took the time to explain my treatment options step by step, offering clear guidance and recommending the approach best suited to my needs. His manner is calm, compassionate, and patient, and he has a rare ability to make you feel both understood and confident in the care you’re receiving. The extraction he performed was unbelievably swift and precise, genuinely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. My recovery was smooth, quick, and completely pain-free, which I credit entirely to his expertise. I would also like to thank Dr. Gerard Gillan for the careful and professional coronectomy he performed, as well as Dr. Smit Engelbrecht and Raza Salim for their excellent assistance throughout the procedure. Thank you all for your exceptional care. I will be recommending this practice to everyone I know.

   Excellent experience. From the first voice on reception everything was clearly explained and all instructions were made easy to follow. Digital informaton sent was again made easy to complete with simple, clear instruction were given. On arrival we had a warm welcome and were quickly put at ease. The nursing staff were again excellent and very professional. The whole procedure was carefully explained to me and the dentist was absolutely first class. Friendly, reassuring and very pleasant personality. Lastly, the after care service was excellent. Clear instructions on aftercare at home were given with clear advice on pain management if needed.    Went today for a broken tooth extraction. I was very worried about it. From the time I entered everyone who dealt with me were so nice and helpful. The dentist and nurse put me at ease straight away. It was over in minutes. The dentist I saw was so very nice. Don’t know why I was so concerned. Lovely people. Well done.
