   Good people. Open 7 days a week . Really good and friendly doctor. Saw Dr Kontrimas. Really nice chap, who is originally from Lithuania. Speaks good English though so nothing to worry about. Very thorough. Checked all vitals. Quick turnaround and value for money. Prescription given on the spot. Parking outside on the drive. Real life saver if you think about the alternative of waiting in A and E or out of hours… Thank you for what you do Sir!

   We came here specifically for Dr Ina Achmetova. We follow her everywhere - even if it’s far away from us - as she’s excellent. She is very thorough and on this occasion, she carefully examined our both twins and prescribed treatment following which our girls recovered. Prior to that we had been poorly for a few weeks. As always, Dr Ina saved us. Many many thanks!

   Great receptionist, doctor and business. I have been a couple of times and it’s a service you would expect. Genuine care and willingness to listen to your personal issues and wanting to genuinely guide you with a joint effort to specific help advice and resolution. I highly recommend this private practice.    Dr Inna is the best doctor paediatrician I ever found in UK. I am not happy with NHS as never helped me regarding my son health. My son has a complex condition and the only Doctor helping is this Lithuanian DR Inna which I will recommend to all parents they have autistic kids and NHS doesn’t even look at them . Very happy I finally found the best paediatric for my son . Highly recommend. She helped my son a lot

   We have left the clinic completely speechless. Starting off with waiting approx 40 min as the doctor was running late which is understandable, however the receptionist must advise patiets that there is a delay, considering other much more busier practices always advise you here the practice is tiny with maybe 3 phone calls during those 40 min waiting she could have advised easily. Instead she was extremely rude stating that it’s not “a grocery shop” which we all perfectly know that it can take longer time but do your job properly as you are not in a grocery shop either and should care about your patients. Final thing that we found gobsmacking is that the check-up costs £60.00, the sick note alone is £80.00 on top. Which is completely ridiculous as something that shouldn’t be even charged is costing more than an actual check-up, and extremely evident that the clinic is trying to get as much money as possible. If you are not in the emergency for an appointment try to avoid this clinic at all costs.

   Under 2 year old coughing for a long period + fever 39, the practitioner didn’t examined her more than 30 sec with stethoscope, we asked to check her throat (tonsils) he said no point to check as anyway he is prescribing antibiotic straight away. Can find better approach and attitude at NHS GP! Don’t recommend, waste of money&time

   The worst GP ever. Do not bother wasting your money, you are better off going to a different practice. This doctor is the most arrogant man I have ever met, absolutely rude and appears to not be interested in any issues you have. As a private practice you would expect a high level of care however, I did not receive this. The receptionist is no help what so ever, she sounds asleep on the phone and seems to not understand what she actually has to do. Please read the other reviews carefully and avoid going to this man. I absolutely do not recommend this service to anyone.
