   Overall we had a pleasant experience with the staff. The place is clean comfortable and tidy. We had a scan rebooked (4D) as the first was not clear and despite a second attempt it again was not possible to see baby clearly due to the position which isn’t the sonographers fault. The only reason I would not give this a 5 star is I feel the packages are poor. We used window to the womb last time and included in the 4D scan package for a lower price are pictures and videos digitally and 2 free prints. Here we paid for a 4D bonding scan and only get one printed picture not even digital, if you want another picture it’s £8 per pic. I think this is extortionate compared to other places and just not worth the money for the price you’re paying for a 4D scan already the pictures shouldn’t be an issue to send digitally as part of it. That is my only suggestion is that you look into this. Other places include a basic growth scan and confirmation of growth being okay within these scans and we were told it’s £30 extra just for a report with the growth findings … really not worth the money for me having been to another private scan clinic in my previous pregnancy. So what I got for £80 was just a 10 minute scan trying to see the baby and sound of a heartbeat. If you look into other places you’ll see they offer much more for the same price. Suggest you look into this and work on the package.

I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, and they kindly took me in straight away, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was very pleasant and reassuring.
