   1000% recommend Louise! She’s very humble but so talented and knowledgeable. She’s kind and caring, and very good at what she does. I initially came for a sharp shooting pain in my neck and back. Louise was able to diagnose trigger points, and alleviate the pain in the first session and work on other muscle tightnesses that I didn’t even realise I had. She recommended some adjustments, and acupuncture, but didn’t push at all as I was a bit nervous of the needles, and she had alternatives such as soft tissue massage and electrotherapy. She also gave me some advice and exercises to strengthen the muscles. I’m feeling so much better and very glad I found Louise and Spineplus! (I am also very ticklish, yet never get ticklish with her!)

   I reached out to spine plus with spinal and hip pain that was just not budging. I was provided Rodrigo’s details and the whole process from beginning to end was flawless. In the first session Rodrigo said “my aim is to get you to not need to come back” which is something I have heard many times from chiropractors, however this time that felt like his genuine intention. Providing me with treatment as well as educating me on how to prevent pain in the future. Today I feel in a much better position and able to get on with my life again. Thank you Rodrigo!

   I booked an hour session..only got about 15 min treatment. The guy left me waiting outside in waiting room and the treatment started late and finished early. I thought I was going to stretched around and twisted but instead I got some acupuncture needles in my back and neck.i was cold in the room without any towel to cover me ,I had to ask for my top. I only booked this after reading the reviews. I was contacted immediately by Robert Shanks director of spineplus after the review I had given. He asked if I would like to have a hour treatment with another specialist. I went to a guy called Rodrigo Almeida who was a breath of fresh air when it came to my treatment. He talked me through everything he was doing to my back and neck and reassured me at every point. This is how a customer should and needs to be treated. Thank you Robert Shanks and Rodrigo.

   I developed a shoulder problem with rock climbing and I went to see Juan at the clinic. Juan assess me and ask me some questions, he started my treatment with acupuncture following by manipulation to release some knots deep into my shoulder. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and for giving me many advices.
