    Helen is an expert and great at dealing with complexities. She’s a great diagnostician, and excellent at management with the right balance of giving encouragement and being cautious with those of us inclined to overdoing it. Feel very well looked after and very hopeful to return to (all) my sporting activities.

    Given up on trying to get an appointment at this place. Called around 20 times, spoke with 5 different people including someone called Helen who just rudly disconnected the call. It seems like they do not need any new customers. Very odd booking system, it shouldn't be this much hard work to try and book an appointment. This place is a ghost town.

    This review is not for any of the services they provide. I'm an elderly man who was caught short for a toilet. I went in here out of desperation. They gave me permission and showed me where their toilet was located. When I returned to the front reception, I apologised for not being a customer and complimented them for how beautiful the place is. So much respect and lack of fuss deserves gratitude. Thank you.

    I moved here three months ago and I'm so glad I discovered this place. The clinical pilates classes here are easily the best in London and I already feel a huge improvement. Helen is a trained physiotherapist herself so I know I'm in good hands. Having multiple issues and pains it's reassuring to find classes that don't exacerbate my issues but only make me stronger : )
