   David lloyd Chigwell is a fantastic club to be a member of, and thats done the community of different type of members. What sets the club apart though is the staff that work within the club and I personally get to interact with on a day to day basis, on todays visit i had the pleasure of interacting with Shazaib, who went above and beyond to ensure my visit today was as good as possible, he actively went out of his way to ensure what i asked for could be possible which has resulted in a great morning. Thanks for your help today.

   Jason at David Lloyd’s, Chigwell was absolutely amazing and informative. He took me on a guided tour around the huge complex and explained the different amenities on offer. It is an impressive gym! Jason answered all my questions snd there was no pressure. Thank you Jason for your friendliness and kindness!

   I had a tour booked today with Alice at the David Lloyd’s Chigwell with my girls and I would say Alice was absolutely wonderful with the girls and helped me in every way. Don’t think I would be able to do it so smoothly without her. She was absolutely amazing and friendly. Showed me around and answered all the questions I had.    I absolutely love this David Lloyd. The spa is gorgeous and makes this gym just next level elite. Having a big pool to hang out at my during sunny months has been a game changer for us. Everything is so well kept, very clean and tidy all the time. The classes are amazing and the trainers are even better. I really look forward to going every day and I’m challenged with all the different classes each day. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

   Nice David Lloyd! One of the best spas, very relaxing and friendly staff. It needs refurbishing in places such as the changing rooms and the pool area which looks a bit tired, also the showers (bad mould on ceiling). Overall pleasant atmosphere and staff are welcoming.

   Very disappointing. Mischarged me an extra £288 and it took months of emails and calls to finally receive the money back. It felt as though they simply didn’t care. The spa is lovely but often crowded. The gym needs to be updated. They charge you extra for a towel. Ultimately they are charging luxury prices but treating members incredibly poorly.

   Been a member since the Gym reopened from Lockdown. Although a bit pricey, the spa is world class, Tennis, Badminton etc are great. The gym is amazing if busy and the Lounge is a great place to spend the weekend. I go every day and generally the members are friendly and polite as well as the reception staff

   Reception staff lovely and welcoming. Sales staff Shambolic, particularly Diana, not a peoples person and possible an element of racism detected. Definitely put me off continuing on my partner introduction membership. I only went for the one day, so he wasted his money. He is a top tier member, but seemly the pound sterling doesn't make a difference if the skin doesn't fit! We had to attend twice in order to see the Sales team and even with an appointment, this was not kept by DL and we were left waiting around for Diana to agree to see us but then she lied and said she had a family matter so can only give us 5 minutes. but then forgot and told the reception staff that she had a client attending in case she was delayed?! Her body language and attitude was rude and not genuine. And she didn't even take us on a tour. Whatever she intended worked as I am now trying to encourage my partner not to continue with this franchise. They need a diverse team in the sales team. I am sure they must get commission but Diana appears to be on a mission to white wash? I don't know but will take my funds elsewhere.

   Amazing Place. Its like another country. Especially on a sunny day. I went on a free day pass through a friend and I signed up after as soon as I could. A few things to mention. Massive car park. Outdoor and indoor pool. Outdoor and indoor tennis courts. Numerous styles of jacuzzi and hot tubs Indoor and Outdoor . Obviously you get the gym . And Facilities for children and sauna. So many things to mention.
