   Modern venue, reasonably new gym facilities with a good range of equipment. More than the other local Places gyms. It can be very busy though even in the middle of the day midweek. I am not a big fan of the changing facilities as it's community style so mixed genders. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

   I go to the center for swimming and I absolute love it. Besides the dry room and sauna, the place is kept clean. I enjoy the early hours during the week, it allows me swimming before work, that's great! They have three lanes and the lane discipline is respected so you can be confident about clocking the lengths if that's what you want

   Gym is great, more spacious after the renovation. Staff are very nice. Ellie-Mae on reception is a very welcoming and bubbly girl, an asset to the reception team - lovely girl.

   Great establishment. Very friendly staff and great equipment. The system also great, you don't have to sign up for a 12 months membership you can just pay monthly with DD and cancel any time or even freeze the account for a period if you are unable to attend to use the facilities for a longer period. Clean changing rooms and well equipped gym. The pool area is nice and loads of opportunities to do classes. The staff are well presented, funny and very friendly, ready to answer any questions you have. Children friendly and valet friendly. The kids can go for £1/ month under 10 and £5/month for 10-15, this cannot be beaten by any other leisure centers. Our family is very happy that we found this place only about 15-20 minutes drive away from home. Well done guys keep up the great work you do for your customers.

   Fairly new complex, with lovely staff. It can get quite busy as there are swimming lessons and other sessions for the teenagers who sometimes hug the equipment in the gym. This can be frustrating as most time they are chatting and not using the equipment. The same goes for the steam, pool ( land swimming), and sauna. They get quite busy.

   The place is a joke, without consultation with the customers they decided to go cashless yet you need cash for the lockers, what right do these organizations have to forcibly make the public to go down this cashless route. It's like during covid they closed the changing rooms completely because they were to simple to implement one way traffic given the size of the corridors so they made the children wait outside in the cold and rain during winter in their swimming stuff, couldn't even supply a canopy and when they came out wet they were funnelled in and out through the same door out to the elements. Clueless, or just don't care.

   I would love to add 5 star but only reason I didn’t because the flor in studio1,2 usually dirty. However the gym is lovely and I enjoy the classes.

   Moved here from Nuffield Chingford and I would recommend it. The membership fee is very reasonable, especially for what you get. Classes are easy to book with spaces for all. The instructors and equipment are great. Sign in, via the machine at the front, is very simple. I haven’t looked back since joining!
