Was told my son has disabilities but isn’t disabled, my son has been denied appropriate care and has been further disabled. Should not be part of the NHS.
I'm writing on behalf of my dad who is terminally ill. I asked to order a bed, but when they arrived, they only gave us the bedframe, not the mattress as its not available. Why would you give us a bedframe without a mattress? Are they expecting him to sleep on the wooden board? Let us know in advanced, there's no mattresses available rather than ordering a bedframe without the mattress. I'd rather have both delivered together than have it delivered separately, even when there's a delay.
Can't get an appointment, tried many times, they kept fobbing me off even after I told them that I really needed to be seen coz of my condition. No triage system and the appointment system is flawed.
I cannot imagine what it must be like working here. They have lost control of the institutions they cover. They claim to take concerns "seriously" when one of their units has gone rogue. If you complain they retaliate against you and try to silence you. Shocking behaviour and jt goes all the way to the top ie the CEO. Not once have I received an apology for ther appalljng and bullying behaviour. There is no regard for patient safety. Must be terribly toxic place to work if you witness this such widescale abuse of patients and carers.
