I had a positive experience at Loxford Polyclinic with excellent services. The staffs were professional, friendly, and attentive, making my visit smooth and comfortable. The radiologists are knowledgeable and professional. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and easy to access, with a welcoming atmosphere. Loxford polyclinic also offers private healthcare.

Saw rubbish stored under the table in the waiting area during my appointment. This is unacceptable for a GP surgery and raises serious hygiene and infection control concerns. Very disappointing and needs urgent action by management.

Arrived for my appointment 15mins early at the reception desk where I have to stand waiting 5 mins for security to show up where he reads my text for the appointment and directs me to ground floor. I see this signage on ground floor where I was told to go and since I’m here for internal ultrasound that would seem correct. Sat waiting 30mins to then be told its upstairs. Headed upstairs where I’m told as it’s now past my appointment time I can sit and wait for there to maybe be a cancellation. Sat around for over an hour for nothing, utterly poor experience which should’ve felt welcoming for such an intimate procedure.

There is not receptionist assigned to book you in or address any query. Had me wait 40 minutes to for someone then to come out and advise that they can't perform ultrasound scan becasue the Internet is down. The worst part is their lack of apology and adivisng they don't know when it will be fixed. Asked me to simply rebook it even though it was their problem and I should have been given priority appointment due to the inability of thier own. However, I've had to then book another appointment in weeks as they're always booked up. Again, these private centres are operating at horrible level of service while fleecing the NHS through their teeth. Horrible practice!

One of the worst clinic appointment is by 2:40 . I reached exactly location by 2:35. In very bold letter outside they mentioned Sunday closed that’s confused me so much and also I tried to knock the door and I was going around the building for 10 minutes to find the entrance. I reached 15 late because of this . They cancelled my appointment . I have a one year old baby I can’t come as they wish. Very very very rude and harsh . Even I showed my phone as I called them many times standing outside they said Sunday they can’t respond to phones. Literally very very bad because I understood becos am Asian Because other lady came even late by 3:07 . They allowed her she just came in . They need to treat everybody in same way . Reception lady is not even ready to listen what am saying…if the option 0 is there I won’t have given to them. I don’t like to given even 1 star . Receptionist one of the worst behaviour. If without reason am coming in my time I will walk off. I was on time because they kept appointment on Sunday and also mentioned Outside Sunday is closed it’s hard for me to find the entrance is confusion . They should keep a direction.i have attached photo for reference there is no direction board and also find its like bin area entrance they kept unused things. No where mentioned entrance direction .so bad bad reviews has given. But no changes.

I visited the polyclinic today for a coil replacement in the Family Planning on second floor. I was very nervous about it and both of the nurses were amazing. I can't thank them enough. They put me at easy, supported me in every single way all the way through the procedure. They were ever so gentle and delicate, highly professional with great advice. 5* treatment. Thank you so much for looking after me.

First of all, I want to say they are alright. Second of all, they don't even call you when they said your appointment is due, they waste like 30-40 minutes of your time. Yesterday, I had an appointment and I spent like 54-56 minutes waiting for a doctor. I just want to say don't go to Loxford Polyclinic! Because they waste your time.

Unbelievably poor service from receptionists (shireen). outright lied to me (said she’d check with Britannia pharmacist if they can prescribe antibiotics without GP prescription) just to put the phone down asap. Called back because didn’t hear back and her colleague said no they don’t without GP prescription. Why couldn’t she tell me that this morning? Serious training required. And stop lying.

Absolutely fantastic. The dermatologist department have accommodated and gone out of their way to help me everytime. Even on a Sunday they were emailing me to help me get another appointment that I unfortunately missed the day before. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Came here for a blood test that I booked in, and was seen promptly. Clean, spacious clinic and staff guided me to the right area on my first visit. Good experience overall. If you're coming here for a blood test you can head straight up to the 2nd floor reception desk as the downstairs area is for the GP surgery patients.
