   It is worth the wait, the service the Docters, Nurses and staff provide, is above and beyond, Dr Sana Sarwar, Samantha, Dr Okumo, Dr John, I am stunned and shocked how brilliant this GP practise is, You have given me real hope to strive for survival especially with my circumstances, you are great members of our Barking community, my previous GP practise neglected me for decades however I am one that never complains. Just want to give a extra shout out to Dr Sana, thank you for everything, as this is my new GP. Also a shout out to all the front of house ladies at reception in Thamesview and King Edwards they're professionalism is amazing and I am very observant they are so full of joy and that kindness is free and they give people hope with that kindness that they can overcome anything, I have seen them treat people with kindness, Sending Love to Aurora both sites, incredible staff. If there is room for any improvement I will let practice know.

   Wonderful staff. The receptionist was very kind and helped me explain the medication with patience. Dr. Sarwar Sana is one of the most incredible doctor. She listened to all my issues and was really kind and showed a lot of patience. Thank you so much Doctor

   Terrible service!! I would give them no stars if i had the option! Had an appointment 2 weeks ago and was prescribe some medication to monitor asthma. Tried to call the surgery a few days later to speak to the nurse at the medication was giving me a reaction. Couldn't get through so emailed them with the subject being 'Urgent'. Until this day no one has got back to me! I was due to have a phone appointment with the same nurse today but did not receive the call??!!!

   I feel that all the members of the practice team want to do their best in order to help people.Receptionist and doctors are amazing. Today I visited my GP in regards to my referral and miss Dawn and Jane at the reception were extremely helpful as always. Thank you we need more people like you in every GP! 5 stars service !!

   The service has dropped from the time l joined the surgery and at the time it's was Thames View medical Centre. I feel there is no urgency in regards to people's physical health. Had an internal pelvic scan a month ago, had to chase up results and told no appointments till September. Already feeling anxious because l do not know what is wrong but again having to wait till Sept. The most annoying thing is you would call, wait 20 to 30mins for someone to pick up then once you're number 1, you get told reception is busy try again later. I understand NHS is under strain but there should be some level of duty of care within the Gp Service.

   I have been registered at this clinic for 2 years but the services are of the lowest order! I have all the respect for Dr. John but nothing more! I have been trying for 3 months to contact a doctor but my chances were 0 every time! The online service is zero, you can't make any appointments because it's closed and you can get in touch by phone with a doctor as well! The staff at the file speak very badly and are disinterested and all the results of the analyzes and tests in the hospital must go personally to pick them up because no one calls you to guide you what treatment to take or what to do From me you have 0 stars
