Very poor communication from Indian small lady at reception . It is so difficult to arrange anything eg appointment/ call back . You try explain explaining whole scenario of what is going on and she always starts treating with bad customer service from the beginning e.g. go to the app to book this and that , when I’ve ALREADY been in the process of doing so much . She doesn’t listen and is very bad over phone too .

Poor communication & don’t know how to treat their patients very well. No respect. Booked an appointment for many reasons & don’t seem to bothered about their patients. I’ve had enough of how disrespectful they are. Yesterday I was running 5 mins late, was half way down the road & still refused to see me. I’ve seen how they see other people but not me. They’re liars also!

I had a very good experience .The staff were professional, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. The doctor explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. The receptionist Bushra was welcoming, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and I felt comfortable and cared for.

Absolutely poor services! You would think people who deal with people’s health will be better. I was not feeling well so I called 111 and they booked me in with my GP. I double checked with 111 where my appointment was because I know they have two locations. 111 gave me the address to the Dagenham one and I even had a text to confirm my appointment. An hour and a bit before the appointment I received a text sending me to the other location which I didn’t see. They change appointments and don’t bother to call. The reception told me I am booked in the other location and that there is nothing she can do. No apology for changing my appointment to the second location. If you are going to change an appointment at least make sure the person is aware. The lack of sympathy or responsibility is astonishing. When I show her both text messages, the first where I attended and the second now requesting that I go to a different location, she refuses to acknowledge it. Don’t play with people’s lives.

My wife had an appointment on the 21st March. We parked the car in the disabled bay and displayed the blue badge. A week later got a £85 parking ticket. No one on the reception told me I had to fill in a form to get free parking . So be very careful if you used there car park.. I would not recommend is site.

Visited the clinic for the 1st time this week for myself and my daughter. Very helpful and friendly staff. We were seen within a timely manner. Follow up appointments have been booked. Baby cuddles included courtesy of Marie.

Absolutely Disgraceful Service. Phones dont get answered and you have to que at the surgery 7.30am for an appointment. Blood test results not followed up. Investigations not done. This place needs closing down.

Porters Avenue Surgery, as I mentioned some time ago, the incompetence of the employees in the service is terrible and blatant, and the doctors are awful in the care of patients, especially the doctor who works there. The Lady Doctor is the worst thing you can have as a doctor. The Nurses were the only thing to save on that Surgery; they were formidable. Even with the government's recommendation for consultations to be face-to-face, they continue to have most consultations over the phone, and even they do not have time to sign a medical exemption form. So, I dropped the medical exemption form to be signed by the doctor for more than three weeks, and so far, nothing has been done. Other GPs sign the form on the spot during the routine appointment because that takes less than 30 seconds to sign the document. The telephone service is terrible, and for them to answer, the minimum waiting time is around 30 minutes and often, after waiting, the call drops; if you leave information for Surgery, call you back, they never do it. So, I do not recommend anyone apply to Porters Avenue GP Surgery, and I find it hard to believe they could have had a good rating. The Porters Avenue Surgery is the worst you can have.

If i could give ZER0 i would 1 is highly generous of me, the doctors there are appauling, the lines are never answered, if being a GP means lets only prescribe paracetamol then i could be a GP any day. Since last 2 years they doctors only telephone consult and dont seem to ever understand what the problem is. Really and truely this GP practice, the doctors should get investigated or the place should close down. Very Disappointing!!
