“I was referred to this place to have teeth removed under sedation . Omg the service is so professional . Friendly staff and they was so quick to I was surprised was seen a 9 out and In the cab at 10 could not believe how quick they was, I don't remember all the staff that served me but one of the nurses was called Jo (not sure if I have the correct spelling) but she was so amazing I felt really relaxed . My dog can be a little reactive to being touched but Dianne and Laurence were amazing with him very patient and kind and managed to get a blood test with no problems.”

I booked online the Monday afternoon and got an appointment for Tuesday morning, next day. I got there just before 10am and was out of there by 10:10am. There was 4 people in front of me. “I must say that a lot of these negative reviews of "the lady" doctor I find hard understand. I found her to be direct and efficient. Getting straight to the point. She ordered urgent bloods for me and asked the lab to double check the results given their nature. Then went on to expedite my hospital admission past triage. Once I was better she even said are you sure you're ready to go back to work, you've been exceptionally brave. My gut feeling is that those complaining are coming in for trivial, home remedy ailments that are readily treatable by a pharmacist or even at home.”

Only downside is very limited car parking onsite and all surrounding areas are resident zones, but it's not too far from Dagenham Heathway station which has great service.”
