   Horrible experience. After driving 30 minutes, I arrived at my 10am booking to find the clinic was shut, I spent 20 minutes waiting and continued to try and ring the number which no one answered. Eventually I left, hoping to receive and explanation and reschedule the booking. However, nothing came. Days latter, I am still trying to contact the clinic but I have had no responses. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating, it would definitely be easier to avoid this place. RESPONSE: I understand that testing positive for COVID is unpredictable however, it is the fact that I have to leave a review on Google to find out why my appointment was cancelled after I arrived. Also your claim that I was notified on time is a complete lie ( I attached the email received at 10:20 ) Extremely poor customer service !

   I have been going there for years and always I get brilliant facial. I just did laser spider vein removal, on my third session and the vein disappeared completely. Strongly recommend for quality and service.

   Booked for a Botox top-up after having read all the positive reviews around Treatwell and Google. Ultimately didn't end up having the treatment, as I was left feeling very uncomfortable with the whole process. I'm a brand new client, but the aesthetician didn't introduce herself, which surprised me. I was instructed me to lie down on the bed. We had an extremely short exchange about what I wanted, she didn't swab my head or mark where she planned to inject. She had a reconstituting syringe already opened before I came into the room (gold standard practice is to open fresh syringes whilst your client watches, so they're assured of the hygiene levels) which she then used to draw up and reconstitute the injecting mix, including spending a minute trying to tear off the metal vial top with a pair of cuticle trimmers. By this point I wasn't happy at all to proceed, so let her know and left the room. The receptionist was standing immediately in front of the door having a cigarette as I tried to get out, which just seemed a poor image for a beauty therapist's. Extremely disappointing impression for a relatively high-cost treatment like this, where you'd think they would want to create regular clients.

   It was my first time visiting the clinic today and I will definitely be retuning and getting regular waxes here! I was made to feel very welcomed by Hilal and felt she was very professional and did a great job. I felt very comfortable through the whole process due to her service and I am pleased with the result.

   I had waxing, mani/pedi + eyebrows in preparation for my wedding. It was a lovely experience, the staff were so friendly and made me feel totally pampered! I was really happy with Tye's waxing technique and attention to detail, would definitely come back for further treatments with her!

   I had a terrible experience at this salon. I was waxed by from my opinion a lady that did not seemed to have a clue what she was doing. I was hurt countless of times as she kept pulling my skin the wrong way and causing my skin to feel sore and bruised. I told her to leave that area and she insisted on waxing as apparently the hair was not removed properly. The beautician then come up with some bright idea that apparently I have a hormonal problem and should go for a blood test and that is why I'm in so much pain. She also said that my hair grows in so many directions and I should help her hold the skin so it doesn't hurt. After the painful wax she then decided to show me laser treatment prices and said that I need it! I am shocked by how I was treated and I am fully aware of how I should of been waxed as I have been waxing for over 10years and only came to this one because my usual beautician was fully booked. Never again would I make that mistake I would rather wait then go through that much pain.
