   Dr Barnwell has brought this practice down. Lack of empathy, rude, dismissive and just so blatantly vacant. I have also heard the same from other patients. You should not have to leave an appointment feeling more deflated and unsupported (each time you unfortunately see her) hopefully something is done about this. All reception staff are excellent and very accommodating which is rare these days. Let’s hope Dr Barnwell will cheer up and stop acting like she was forced to take up that profession!

   The reception staff and health visitors were helpful and kind, but the doctors are old and unprofessional. No manners and not respecting people. Never saying hello or buy. No empathy for my baby. Unfortunately, I had to change the gp.

   I just had an appointment with Gift. If you care about you day mental health please avoid her. She started to laugh while sharing my problems. She was being sarcastic the whole time. This kind of behaviour it is not acceptable and should be persecuted. I m going to talk with the manager about her attitude aswell as I do not want anyone to go thru this.

   I must say that a lot of these negative reviews of "the lady" doctor I find hard understand. I found her to be direct and efficient. Getting straight to the point. She ordered urgent bloods for me and asked the lab to double check the results given their nature. Then went on to expedite my hospital admission past triage. Once I was better she even said are you sure you're ready to go back to work, you've been exceptionally brave. My gut feeling is that those complaining are coming in for trivial, home remedy ailments that are readily treatable by a pharmacist or even at home.

   Avoid the lady doctor they have! Her behaviour is disgusting i took my infant for his 8 week’s injections and she was really rough with my child which i had to make a complaint to the manager about! At the beginning she told me to keep the pram outside and was rude about it when i challenged her she turned around and said its blocking her room but when i mentioned it to the manager he advised the pram should be in the room so the hallway is clear at all times so not sure what she was talking about! Not sure how she is a doctor the gp really needs to investigate this, she needs further training because she is letting this gp down!! The reception staff and manager is extremely understanding and nice.

   One of the worst GP Practice I have ever seen ! Total waste of time and energy! Very long waiting time over the phone when you call them. The doctor never calls you on time even if it pre-booked appointment and they want you to be on time otherwise you are not allowed to see them. A bad experience is ongoing for many years.

   As a family we recently joined the surgery about a year ago, the phone lines are always busy and you'll never get through at anytime. I always have to find a way and time to travel to visit the surgery to make a appointment, lately we have made appointments to have travel vaccination and as we know under the NHS is free of charge, unfortunately the reception and management charged us and on requesting for a receipt did not provide us which shows their honesty.
