   This is the worst surgery in this area, the doctors are extremely abusive. My parents waited a year for their referral and found out that their referral wasn't sent. Seriously need help with re-staffing. Their reception staff lazying about and too busy chatting and laughing at patients. Every time my parents went their with their health concern the all doctors attitude has been extremely abusive and rude. Very unprofessional as if the are not even qualified Doctors! Horrible experience. All their staff come to abuse and mistreat vulnerable patients. Disgusting behaviour!

   Made me pay a ‘discounted’ price of £80 to sign an occupational health letter that should normally be £25 with other GP’s not only that they made me only pay in cash. Very unprofessional, is this with anyone else?

   Bad staffs. The staffs are not professional at all. My wife has been calling for appointment for the past three weeks everyday from 7.59am. The line is always busy. Sometimes she has to wait for 10 to 20mins to get through and sometimes she has to wait for 30mins. Whenever she gets through the appointment is fully booked. Sadly the staffs are not ready to listen they always throw off. I believe the clinic problem starts from the practice manager that has always been failing to put things right at the clinic. I think this clinic will do well under new practice manager and staffs that knows the purpose of health care.

   Could have killed my husband by overdosing him with two of similar medications after first heart attack, negligent and Incompetent dismissive and rude. Have made formal complaint please be very concerned if you have a relative registered with doctor ehsan here. Disgraceful they represent the NHS.

   My daughter was sick for a week,i attended to them and i asked for a nurse to check her out,they saud they dont examine emergencies and that i should call to a number they gave me. My daughter she was home 6 days nobody coukd check her,the phonenumber they gave to me was nit answering for a whole week, and now my daughter she was close to have issue with her abscense from school because they cannit give me a paper that she was si k on that dates. Dissapointed and upset. don't register there.

   This is one of the worst surgeries have ever been to, very rude unsympathetic receptionist who appears to be a racist as well. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as they appear very unprofessional and bias.
