We thought to check it out because the reviews online are fairly good. First of all, be warned that this site lacks heating and is extremely chilly. If you plan to visit during the winter, bring additional layers of clothing. The food—an animal burger combo with wings—came out after 20 minutes. The quality of the service was merely average. The food was average and nothing spectacular for the price we spent, and to be honest, I wouldn't go back.

OMG what can I say. Food is beyond good. Service was so accommodating as one of my kids is wheat intolerant and the staff went out if there way to try and source a Gluten free burger but when they couldn't they made him a special platter of beef and onion with salad. Will be coming again and highly recommend

The customers service is what stud out for me they really went above and beyond to give you as much information as possible to make sure you select the right food. It’s actually funny as they go above and beyond with the story about where the chefs are from and how skilled and amazing they are. The food came out fast and tasted good. I was not blown away but it hit the spot. The only thing I’m not keen on is the fries they use there to thin like super thin which lets down the meal. The chicken burger could do with more flavour as it’s very plain. Overall it was good but those 2 things need to be changed. Would also like to see them accept card payments.

Dry chicken, poor quality meat in burger. Overcooked. Dirty tables. Yet good presentation. Good presentation of bad food. Neither of us enjoyed our meal. It wasn’t a culinary experience to die for, rather better off dead than eating this. My order was wrong. They took it back and put the same burger in another bun!! In a street packed with burger joints, go to the other ones. Project bun is good and Phat Jo’s isn’t far. The bar needs to be raised a lot here. Tragic.

A real gem of a place on Ladypool rd. Great burgers and the wings were so different to the usual we get. The management team and staff were very polite and so helpful which adds to the quality of the food. The Karak Chai was so nice and topped off the late evening experience.

Wow! Absolutely amazing food! I have to say, we were thinking of walking out at first based on every other shop around here selling burgers. But my goodness are we glad we didn't. The food was so so moreish and succulent. The inferno burger, inferno fries, buffalo fries and grilled chicken pizza and buffalo pizza were all superb. Everything had its own flavour unlike other places we've been to that have the same base and a different sauce thrown on top. Would definitely recommend!

New American Diner themed food outlet opened. Fantastic atmosphere, very competitively priced and most importantly the food is unbelievably tasty. The best smashed burgers and stone-baked pizzas around. And the fries are scrumptious. Infernoz will very quickly be one of the best eating spots in Birmingham.
