   I am waiting on a team decision regarding getting a sleeping pill prescription.My present housing is making this necessary.The junior doctor who saw me did not immediately prescribe a powerful sleeping pill, for some unknown reason. Although he is looking into some of the social causes for needing this drug, a decision is still needed as I cant sleep and an anti-histomine is not suitable or too weak.

   This surgery is appalling. They have let my Cousin down big time. She is housebound with many ailments which aren’t getting any better. For months we have been trying to have a Doctor visit her at home for a thorough examination only being told they don’t do house calls. She has now been removed from a Care Coordinator service due to a limit on the service of two years. She was also told her removal from this service was due to myself contacting the surgery with my concerns for her health. My Cousin’s situation is the same and still requires support. This review is not the end of my complaint, I will take it further.

   The worst GP Surgery. The staff at this surgery are highly incompetent, they do not know anything and have no training. I have received incorrect blood test results, I have incorrect information on my medical notes. I do not understand as they would be aware I am no longer pregnant! I came for the 6weeks check for God sake. A simple prescription has not been done for over 3 days. It's a shambles. This place should be closed down because who are they helping?! Staff are Useless, incompetent clowns.

   I truly feel nothing but failed by this gp. I followed all their advice just to be rebuffed every time. Even throughout the complaint process. I have been abused by their receptionists and failed by their doctors and nobody has ever bothered to care about their failings. If I failed at my job to the level this surgery has let me down, I would be sacked. When I tried to resolve the issue, they told me if it was such an issue I should contact my MP. I ended up paying 20k in private fees for an issue the nhs should’ve resolved instead to save my life.

   Worst surgery in my life! I cannot leave as I am no longer a priority to other practices. Do not join. All I ever have is problems yet I hardly go or call the doctors. When needed I get nowhere. On hold to them 1.5 hrs and still caller no1 in Q. I have also been on hold for an hour and drove to the surgery whilst on hold to see 2 reception staff chatting. They had no comment when confronted to why they are ignoring the phone. Its a shocking service and TBH I am sick trying and wasting my time with them. This surgery's needs ATTENTION and TRAINING immediately.

   Been with the surgery for years which at times seems to be how long they take to answer phone. Never had any worries here just the odd one now and then which are usually resolved quickly just wish I could get through on the phone with out the long wait. Least their not like my dentist who told me to go away as I was too fat for his chair.

   Awful. When you phone to get an appointment the receptionist tells you to call 111 for a triage instead, when you use the new e-consult it says you need an appointment then tells you none are available. After trying for a month to get an appointment I finally got a 10 min phone call today where Dr. Cheryl Leung literally huffed down the phone to me when I asked a question and then recommend I take ibuprofen for my on going swollen tonsils (that previous drs have referred me to hospital for) instead of offering actual treatment. This surgery is a joke. Tired of sitting up in tears at night not being able to breathe and being offered zero help

   The very worst of The NHS. Been a patient here for 40 years, and cannot wait to find a new doctors and not have to struggle to get hold of them, get any appointments in less than a month and deal with the really rude and “overworked” staff. Just more evidence that the NHS is broken, but the staff here use that as an excuse. Avoid.

   I visited this surgery Thursday 6/10/22 to see the diabetes/practise nurse in order for insulin to be prescribed for my type 2 diabetes. On Saturday I went to the pharmacy to collect the said medication and was informed that the insulin had been prescribed but not the needles. After waiting half an hour on the phone in a queue the receptionist said she would have a word with the doctor and get back to me. This never happened so I rang doctor’s at 5.15pm. The receptionist spoke in some sort of jargon referring to a task been put through and Debbie doesn’t work on Mondays. So don’t any doctors work on Mondays either? I am supposed to be on insulin. I can’t use it, I have no needles.This is not the first time I have had trouble with this surgery. You can’t get through on the phones, the email addresses don’t work because their boxes are full and the receptionist don’t understand the patients requirements or make promises they can’t keep. Please please please consider a different doctors practise if you are considering registering with this surgery.

   When I first joined this practice a few years ago the service was better than expected. Never had a problem getting through via phone to book an appointment. Have just given up after waiting nearly 50 minutes for someone to answer my call. The last 3 times I managed to book an appointment was by requesting a call back from a doctor via the patient access app. That is no longer an available option and meanwhile the reminder letters keep coming asking you to contact the surgery.
