I had a my shoulder surgery a week ago And hospital doctors said itβs take 6 to 8week recovery they give me one week ssp note and asked me to contact your gp for further extension and I explained everything about my Helth and I get refuse after 3day get email from Dr Agarwal saying I need to contact hospital to get extension? So annoying and stressful and when I call them to book appointment, they donβt have a date for to see the doctor next 2 months ? what a service

My family and I have been using this surgery since 2018 and we have had nothing but positive experiences. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful, and the doctors all brilliant. Appointments, despite typical NHS burdens, are always timely and the GP staff one of the best I've had the benefit of being able to call on. I struggle to understand lots of the negative comments on here but guess only a rare few who've had an issue might bother to post (hence my posting my experiences today). I do particularly find using the app and website for logging issues/queries super quick so possibly would recommend that to folks who might want to avoid the morning phone rush for appointments.

Always a decent experience at this surgery in person. Reception and Doctors are friendly. I do think the phone line is an issue, I would recommend booking an appointment on the NHS app or that ask first app (get a bit confused why there are two) but booking an appointment online then visiting in person a smooth experience. The male reception staff member was warm and friendly which is rare for doctors reception areas! So the waiting on the phone is an issue but the staff at the clinic and the cleanliness and speed are v good in the actual surgery

The appointment system is absolutely awful. I haven't been able to get an appointment for months, my neighbour was on hold for 1hr 15 minutes this week. The apps they keep pushing onto people never work - can't book appointments through their latest one (nor the last one). Would leave here if you can, don't let them receive funding for patients that they never see. It's such a shame because when you do get to see a GP here they are lovely.

Received no information regarding how to take medication. Then reading the blurb. It mentions the issues I have needs to be discussed with doctor. So I was perplexed why I was taking this.

Very Rude Indian lady I met at Picford surgery , their pharmacist is also rude, bunch of unprofessional staff, I was called by pharmacy for medication review she insulted me advices me to loose weight with a BMI of 60 at my age. Only for her to realise the BMI was wrong on the system. I was not also allowed to stay in the Surgery when I work in the same borough and kids in the same borough, I work for NHS I know the rules you only canβt get home visits. I donβt need home visits and itβs because they have not seen anyone for over 2yrs and I work hard in A&E thatβs why I am sick. Itβs a shame that we canβt even get any help from our GPS as staff. Shame Shame. Worse GP ever.

I give one star for the receptionist behavior. She is rude, raising her voice on the pacients, talk with you like you are nothing, making weird faces to the people like she don't understand what people come for to the surgery. Verry verry upset, it shouldn't be like that in a places you expected for a help.

I have to admit I was a bit worried about the surgery reading some bad reviews but I gave it a chance since it's extremely close to where I live. Well, I can't say anything bad, receptionists are fine, one in particular is very nice and help you everytime you need. Doctors and nurses are OK. Timing is fine as well. I registered and I won't change practice.
