I’m waiting for 2 days for the doctor to sign the prescription to be able to pick up my medicines. And even on the second day at the end of the shift, she didn't sign the prescription, and it's Friday, Saturday and Sunday they don't work, so I have 2.5-3 days ahead without medicine.

This Dr Kashyap herself, don't care for her patients, don't have a clue about her patients or what's going on. The receptionist Anna, is an absolute diamond and she is only the receptionist, she's understanding, helps sort my medication out, when the Gp hasn't. She so polite, helpful, cares about the patients and always goes above and beyond to help me. The other receptionists are rude, impolite and don't have any patience with anyone. Anna is the best in the surgery. I don't feel comfortable with anyone sorting my situations out, only Anna. She's the best, better than the GPS

Arrived at 12:35 to register was given a form to fill out when I’ve filled them out, I’ve been told they are going for meeting no mention of when it will be over. Wait for an hour to then ask and was told the meeting was 1pm to 6pm I was clearly not okay and to not be told or given a heads up the meeting was for hours was VERY inconsiderate. When I was told there was a meeting around 12:55 I was very overwhelmed the receptionist both looked at me with a deadpan whilst the doctor/ colleague asked if I wanted some water. Some compassion. I understand as a receptionist myself that desensitisation is real but having compassion should come with the job. You don’t know what people are going through and to look at someone who’s clearly upset and just have no emotion is so cold and heartless I hope they reflect on their attitudes because I was truly appalled. I want to add I was the only person there. I was registering as I’ve never been to that GP before there was no way I would have known they have 5 HOUR MEETINGS in my 26 years of living I’ve never walked into a GP and have that happen. A simple “ I know you have taken the time to fill out the registration form but we have having 5 hour meeting 1-6pm if you would like to return either 6-close or tomorrow we can get through your documentation”. If instead I got “ we have a meeting at 1 come back tomorrow” Any normal person would think a meeting is an hour max and I’m in EXCRUCIATING PAIN and what’s an hour wait. Please Marks gate receptionists do better.

Worst surgery over all, I am. Booked my appointment for 10:20 AM but ieven after 1 hour there was nothing for me, unprofessional staff, no communication at all, Inrequeat NHS to take action against these kind of dodgy surgeries and find better people for the job, absolutely waste

Receptionists aren't trained properly. Called three times on three separate days over some medication, all three times I've been told I'll get a call back and still haven't had one. Plus every single time I called, they had no idea what I was talking about, so they obviously hadn't made any notes or even bothered speaking to the doctor. I've been missing IMPORTANT medication for over a week now because of this. Terrible, terrible service. I've lived round here since I was a child and it's only gotten worse and worse, no idea how they haven't been investigated yet.

13/12/22 3:11I called, as they told me in the morning at 3pm and was 11 in line ... I waited 15 minutes and as soon as the staff girl answered me, she shouted something and hung up. Really? Do we have such a rude staff in the this GP? Are we paying our taxes for this? Shocked.

I could give zero stars if possible. Worst service you can turn to for help. On the 8/12/22 i experienced racial discrimination by one receptionist and my patient’s privacy rights were broken by the only two receptionists that were available to “help”. I arrived at the gps with 3/4days of severe abdominal pains at 15:25-15:28pm after being turned around by A&e. Upon arrival I stated my name and DOB, I was asked to seat and dr will be with me shortly as my face to face appointment was booked for 15:30pm. I waited 30mins in so much pain being unable to sitdown.I noticed it’s coming to 16:30pm and I haven’t been seen. I simply explained to the receptionist that I’d been asked to come in as Ive had severe pains for the last 3/4 days now and A&e weren’t able to do much. The receptionist very ignorantly responded,” well if you are in that much pain you go A&e.” I explained to her again and showed her my wrist band that I’d already been . She then told me “well the dr has other patients to see and she’ll call you when she’s ready”. She continues to ignore me. I decided to walk into dr kashyaps room twice to ask her to help me, which she did by informing my dr I’d been waiting. This receptionist later on started talking about me to another receptionist her exact words were ,”she’s only here for stomach pain but there’s other patients here that need more help” the second receptionist then responds “ I know, she Bragged into dr kashyaps room twice” they then saw me and kept quiet. Little did they know I’d heard enough when I was standing next to the toilets and the hub area. I confronted them and I asked them to make sure the next time they are to talk about a patient make sure she can’t hear you. They seemed shameful for getting caught but not sorry for their actions at all. One of receptionists name is Suzanne from what I was told (older lady with grey hair).I have filed complaints against both receptionists. It was the Asian receptionist that racially discriminated me and I hope something is truly done. I will make sure something Is done as I manage to get a video of the receptionists while they made me and my health a topic for everyone to hear.

This is one of the worst GP service I’ve experienced. The reception staff do not appear to know what they are doing. They lack common sense, not compassionate or caring or go to any length to assist and are quite quick to dismiss you. They really should not be working in a healthcare setting. I deduce that it stems from how the surgery is run by the senior management evident by how the staff treat its patient. I’ve been a resident of the area for over 3 years and it has been 3 years of appalling service. Now I need to look for a more reliable one.
