   I feel very welcomed, in good and safe hands. The session pinpoints on targeting areas of your body where not only around the painful limb but also the source of the problem, and a general outlook as well. The staff are caring and always on time. It’s not just a normal session, it’s also an education in understanding your own body better, going through various exercises that significantly help with your recovery on a well structured plan. Emily looks after me. She is very calm, understanding, patient, good listener and very focused on getting you better every session. Overall it’s a lovely little clinic with lovely staff, doing an excellent job. Simple and efficient. Highly recommended.

   I had such a negative perception about physio due to poor experiences before however I’m totally converted. Louise is amazing, she has completely turned me around. Been struggling for months with ankle and knee issues. She started therapy immediately and I started to see the difference within days. It’s been a month now and I am positive the road to recovery it closer. She used ultrasound therapy, tecar and laser therapy. Combination of these have helped relieve pain, swelling and encouragement of recovery. Now just need to get the strength back.

   I started to have back pain after twisting in an awkward position about 4 years ago. Since then, I've tried so many treatments which never really helped with the pain. Working in healthcare seeing patients means that I am always on my feet all day long, and working in that kind of setting with a bad back is an absolute agony. I came across IDD and decided to give it a try. After a couple of sessions, I've started to see some improvements and can now do the things I love. I really recommend this place as they're really professional and know what they're doing.

   Akin and Rob were fantastic with me. I tore a disc in my L4 / L5 vertebrae doing weights back in August. I went to them a complete wreck both emotionally and physically. After 20 odd sessions of IDD and intermittent tecar and I have made a full recovery. Akin was there every step of the way to support me and ease any concerns I had along the way. We were appointed to a great doctor Akin Celik that combines professionalism with a genuine warmth and friendliness that allows you to feel calm, reassured and in good hands throughout the appointment. Most importantly, of course, he really knows what he is doing and has experience with advanced spine problems. This is a really reliable place to go to if you have any type of back pain. I sincerely recommend this place.
