Dave is an excellent sports therapist. He helped me regain strength and flexibility after a long illness. Throughout my return to running and cycling Dave has helped me maintain my progress with regular help, treatments and advice. Highly recommended.

I first met Dave when I was training for my first marathon and had endured a back injury. I was really concerned I wouldn’t be able to run the marathon, I phoned Dave and he was very positive and made me feel at ease. The massage treatment made the world of difference and significantly reduced the pain. Since then, I have seen Dave regularly and he has always been able to resolve niggles and pains which has enabled me to keep training. More recently, I suffered a calf injury and was unable to get treatment from Dave due to the COVID-19 lockdown, but he was able to help through video call appointments. Dave observed and tested me with movements to identify the problem. He then gave me a plan of exercises to strengthen the muscle and we had regular check ins & follow ups to see how things were progressing, tweaking the plan with additional stretches & other exercises to fully strengthen and target the muscle. Dave once again saved the day and I was soon able to run. Overall, Dave is a professional, knowledgeable and affordable sports massage therapist.

I have used Dave for a course of 3 sports massages in the run up to training for a marathon. I was suffering from very achy calves following the increase of running distance. The initial session was very good with Dave spending time to understand where I was having issues and in addition to treating these Dave gave me lots of practical advice around stretching and warm up\cool down to help minimise risk of further issues. I have then had two further sessions to help ensure am in the best possible condition. I would recommend Dave and would use again, Dave was professional and very knowledgeable in his field.

This was my first experience of a sports massage and David ensured that it was an enjoyable one, making me feel at ease. I've had a few injury issues over the past year and David was extremely personable and took the time to listen to my problems, helping me figure out the best way forward. He was highly skilled and the time flew by as he was easy to talk to and a really nice guy. I will definitely be using his services again when the time comes and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a sports massage.

I've never used a sports therapist before but after meeting Drew ahead of my white collar fight I wont look any further. Drew is extremely knowledgeable in his field and takes real interest in your lifestyle/routine/sport to ensure the right treatment is applied. Drew's set up is ultra professional and friendly, which for a home visit service is hard to find these days. I feel its important to say that the treatment doesn't stop with the visit, Drew emails me after each session with various exercises to do, ensuring I get the full benefits of each session. There is no hard sale and Drew is very competitive in his prices - highly recommended!
