“I came to Danyal with a rotator cuff injury that was seriously affecting my day-to-day life and stopping me from training. From the very first session, he took the time to explain what was going on, put together a clear and structured rehab plan, and supported me through every stage of recovery. Now, not only is the pain completely gone, but I'm also back in the gym lifting confidently again. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome — highly recommend Danyal to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, hands-on, and genuinely supportive physio.”
“The Best Osteopath in London! I have been coming to Dr Christoph for 2 years now and I feel like a new person each time I leave his clinic. As an endurance athlete I often suffer from injuries in various places, including dislocated SI joint, hip problems and a dislocated ribs in a thoracic spine... Dr Christoph has been able to treat every one of them, each time. He also offers acupuncture and his hands are truly magical. Always a positive attitude and a very pleasant atmosphere. This is a best place you can go to! Very highly recommend!”

“I had a session here with Melanie White after an initial assessment at their branch in the River Club, Worcester Park. The treatment I have received from this company exceeds by far anything I have had elsewhere. The staff are polite, helpful and most importantly show a genuine interest in getting you back to fitness.”
“Jessica was my consultant for my hip arthroscopy surgery, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. My recovery came with several complications and turned into a long, complex journey, but Jessica supported me every step of the way and got me back on track after seven months of intense physio. She was truly amazing. I deeply appreciated her positive, human approach and the time she took to build a genuine relationship with me as a patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Jessica!”

“I have only visited this clinic twice to see a physiotherapist, and on two separate occasions for different reasons. I was extremely impressed on both occasions. On my first visit I was experiencing severe pains down my right leg and wondered what could be done. The physio massaged my lower spine for about 2 minutes, and amazingly, the pain went away and has not rerurned. My second visit, 12 months later, was to ask for advice about going to the gym. I was worried that if I resumed my twice-weekly trips to the gym, my leg pains would return after being pain-free for a year. This time aI saw a different physio who showed me some very helpful exercises. On both occasions the male physiotherapists were very extremely personable and clearly knew their stuff. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.”
“Great store with a good selection of baseball/softball gloves. And very good salesman who was very helpful to us. Thank you.”
“This is an excellent Pilates studio. Not only do they have a variety of classes and multiple times to suit, but they have excellently qualified teachers who really know what they are doing and can offered tailored advice. And the small class sizes mean that they can provide proper support. I have returned to Pilates having had a hysterectomy earlier in the year, and the advice, care and support I have received has been excellent. I highly recommend this studio.”
“I was suffering from neck pain and exhausted all NHS treatment so I decided to give one last chance to get rid of 2 years of pain. I am a former professional athlete, still regularly training so this pain was really bothering me. I walked into the clinic, Martha treated me with her magic hands and I walked away pain free. It was a true miracle! The pain and stiffness returned after a few days although much less severe, I say 50% as Martha had anticipated. I then saw Martha weekly for a further 4 treatments and the symptoms were getting better and better. After the 5th session, differently from all other physiotherapists I tried in the past, she recommended to wait and see rather than having more treatment. 3 weeks later the pain had totally disappeared and I was still training, so no disruption to my routine. 6 weeks later I am still pain free and I can finally move my neck without any problems, I can read books and watch TV without having to constantly move, stretch and use all sorts of techniques to try and live a normal life. All of this without taking any medication which I am strongly against. As said I have tried many physiotherapists in the past and Martha is surely the best, au pair with the physiotherapist we had in the national rowing team in the 90s. I will surely see Martha again for all my joints' trouble which inevitably will show up with age.”
“Jack Jackson (osteopath) was terrific. I have been putting up with shoulder pain for over a year and it was getting worse. Jack thoroughly diagnosed and treated the area and gave useful homework exercises to do. It felt a lot better already just by the end of the appointment.”
“I had been in pain for many months, and had been through all manner of scans, tests and treatments without success. I decided to try Peter King on a recommendation and am very glad I did. Mr King is experienced in a wide variety of disciplines and understands the way the body is connected together and how it works as one. In just two sessions had reduced the pain dramatically - and as an unexpected bonus has managed to alleviate long-standing IBS problems. The clinic is a warm and friendly environment, not the usual clinical stuffiness, and I would not hesitate in recommending Mr King and his team.”

“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”
