My son has been with Hands Down Academy for the last couple of months and is thoroughly enjoying taking part in his kick boxing sessions. The team are really nice and approachable and we are happy with how he is doing and the support he has been given
I suffer with complex mental health issues and joining kickboxing has been a massive challenge for me yet the hands down team has made me feel so comfortable, I’m able to go and train and leave with a smile on my face which has helped me massively. There’s such a wide range of people attending of all ages and abilities which makes it a non threatening environment to go and learn as a beginner, but also advanced fighters and experienced coaches to learn from.

Brilliant club, my 8 year old son has been a member for a year and loves training. The instructors really do inspire through their commitment to discipline and individual attention. It's fun and highly personal. We started with a taster session and my boy was instantly hooked when he saw what the older boys could do. And the achievements he has made this year are amazing. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Such knowledgeable staff and instructors. Great with the kids and really know how to keep them engaged whilst teaching some effective martial arts. Really loved the fact that they had a cage fighter there who I would not have know about if one of the parents had not had mentioned. He gave up his seat when I came in and was very interactive with the students and the parents. I've been down to the Epsom branch and this seems to be the common theme!
