   Lloyd was extremely professional from the moment I walked in. Straight onto the table to tackle the issues of my back. Explained the problem, what could have possible caused it and then after the massage and adjustments, gave me exercises to do at home to help. Looking forward to my next appointment!

   I highly recommend. I contacted several chiropractors across Kent and London. I liked the reply I got from The Ark Clinic and been very happy with the results. I feel SO much better after an adjustment, taller and open. I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome/EDS, trapped nerves and a resent ACL rupture. The Chiropractors at Ark are very knowledgeable.

   I have suffered from a lower back pain for the past year or so. The pain at times was unbearable and affected my daily life. I made an appointment to see Lloyd at the Aark clinic after reading the reviews. After the initial consultation and examination Lloyd knew straight away what my issue was. I walked in unable to fully sit down or stand without a degree of pain. After the first treatment I was totally pain free !!!! A week has since past and I no longer have pain or the need to take pain killers. Highly recommend. Thank you !

   I visited Lloyd at the beginning of September 2019. I had numerous injuries from bad form in the gym after 30 years of training. My neck and back were causing me indescribable pain and I was having trouble sleeping. After the first session with Lloyd I felt so much better. He diagnosed my problem and set me on my road to recovery. He suggested a treatment plan but was never pushy. I now visit him once a month for a 'maintenance' session. I cannot recommend him enough.

   I was introduced to the Aark Clinic through a friend. I must say that I’m very satisfied with the results that Lloyd has helped me achieve. Being an ex soldier of 7 years and serving 23 years with Royal Mail my aches and pains have become pretty unbearable. Lloyd collated my history and is now working on a programme with me. After my fist visit last week I noticed I felt so much better. It may sound odd, but I felt taller and looser!!! I’ve had one visit this week and my last is due next week. I totally recommend a visit to see Lloyd. Don’t do what I did for years and ignored my back pain. Thank you to all at the Aark Clinic and to Lloyd for your on going support:)

   I suddenly starting getting back pain and managed to get an appointment quickly with Lloyd. He carried out a full assessment and diagnosed the problem straight away, after my first session I definitely had some relief and Lloyd emailed me some exercises to do. I have had another 2 sessions which have continued to improve my symptoms. Lloyd has put me at ease and explains the reasons why I have the problems. He does not insist on weekly sessions, but encourages things to do at home to speed up recovery. Very impressed.

   I first went to see Lloyd for upper cross syndrome when I was unable to move my neck. He was great, and after a couple of sessions I had full mobility. I've also been to Lloyd for RSI, the sessions have also helped to ease the pain. His bedside manner is great and he makes you feel very comfortable, I would highly recommend him!
