Useless. Made an appointment a month ago turn up to it to be told I didn't have an appointment and that the doctor wasn't working that day. It's not even the first problem with these doctors would seriously recommend finding another doctor's
They don’t even deserve a one star! The receptionist are the worst part the amount of times they booked my appointment and told me the wrong time and when i arrived the time they gave me…the treatment was disgraceful. Condescending, blame you for your hearing!!! Look you head to toe in disgust clearly haven’t seen a mirror! The father daughter doctors dreadful, I’ve never heard a sentence from his mouth just this and prescription with no explanations or examinations. You’re a bother to them and don’t to be there.
The receptionists are absolutely AWFUL. The NHS is a service for all paid for by our TAXES. I pay my taxes. The receptionists do not listen, they are condescending and rude. Their treatments of patients is disgusting. No compassion or empathy. The surgery needs a serious change.
