Been with a few GP in my life but this is absolutely the worst one I have ever come across. I have never seen a GP run so poorly. I mean, the fact that they have such poor reviews all over Google, and have not taken any action to sort these issues says a lot about the people within this GP. Absolutely do not care about their job, if they did they would take a bit more care and improvement.

No help at all - rude and very arrogant service - stayed over the phone over 44 mins and person on the other side couldnt wait for at least 1 sec to say hello simply hung up phone !!! this is pathetic. to ensure my claim i have the audio recording what they just did and its very common. people who this low patience in medical field should not work in this field at all.

I have been calling multiple times a week first thing in the morning and couldn’t get an appointment. Today at 8:01 am I was in queue position 15, by the time it got down to 7 there were no more free slots available. My baby is 3 months old and receptionist didn’t want to book him, she asked me to call 111. Dr from 111 didn’t manage to book us either. This is happening absolutely every time.

Disgusting GP surgery! Number 30+ in the queue at 8:02 in the morning for 5 days in a row can never get an appointment! Was told I had to wait 2.5 weeks for an appointment and 1 week to speak to a manager. And if I didn’t like it call at 8 in the morning to join the 30 plus people and not get thru again!! Or go to the hospital or call someone else I was told! GP centre is a joke! Bennett’s castle surgery receptionist I spoke to was a disgrace!!!! My after birth check up lasted 3 minutes! Will be reporting to CQC AGAIN!! Avoid this surgery and look at there CQC reports! Disgraceful place!

Very irresponsible staffs, I was in caller number 12, still they were unable to give me an appointment also unable to a phone consultation. I understand that could happen because of booking system but they push me to no urgent matter, didn’t listen further and hang up the phone. How do you know what my situation going through !! You are not a doctor !! They should know Everyone is not free to get the NHS service. Some people paid like privet service to get services.

I have been a patient at this surgery for the last 27 years I do not use it a lot but when I do The staff and GP are always helpful and go out of their way to help me. I just recently had to use the surgery and as always they were there to help me. I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Irene and Philomena Who went out of their way to help me and it was much appreciated. Thank you The surgery has looked after myself and my family for the last 27 and I would recommend them to anyone because they have always looked after me and my family what more could you ask for. I have been a patient at Tulasi Medical surgery for the past 12 years and I have always managed to get an appointment when I call in. The doctors have been amazing. They always offer an empathetic ear and usually give out great medical advice. They have been fantastic even during Covid and afterwards. The doctors listen carefully and sometimes pick up on things we don't even think of. they are encouraging and supportive and there are a variety of doctors to choose from. The nurse has also been great especially to my mum who is diabetic. We get seen immediately at or slightly after our appointment times. There are no long waits. We also knew the old senior Doctor Goriparthi and I am happy to see how his son Mr Ravi Goriparthi has expanded the practice.

I was at the surgery yesterday and the front desk officers were warm and helpful. My appointment was for 10.40 am and I was called in at the exact time. The doctor patiently listened to my issues and explained in a reassuring tone the procedures that would help my situation. Quite happy with the attention I got.

The reception staff attitude seems to be getting worse each time I return to this practice and are especially inflexible in their way of resolving patient queries and requests. I had to waste 40 mins on the phone to explain that I simply need a copy of my MRI results so I can show it to the specialist consultant that I have an appointment for 2 days later. Yet they kept insisting they're unable to do that without first booking a GP appointment?! Like I'm trying to save medical resources here, I already have an appointment with a specialist, all I need are the results and the GP appointment can go to someone else who needs it more, but no let's do it the most inefficient way possible. Once I finally got through to them and they agreed to just handing me my MRI results, I turn up to collect it and they've changed their tune once again saying they can't give it to me. What happened to patient autonomy? I then had to waste another 40 mins explaining the situation over and over again to get my point across in the clinic! This is where the review would have ended in 1 star, but thankfully one of the reception staff that actually empathised with my situation went and asked the clinic head and got me my results. Thank you Davinder for your help, I hope the rest of the reception staff learn from your example.
