   Absolutely terrible service at the pharmacy and the front of house staff at the doctors are very rude. Should be more sensitive when dealing with sick people! Absolutely shocking!

   Had the worst experience with this healthcare service. Extremely long wait just for an appointment, and even longer for a referral letter. No proper treatment and very careless responses.Wouldn’t recommend registering here!!

   Attended this clinic for an emergency doctor's appointment today. Didn't wait long to see the GP. The GP was friendly, listened to me as I explained my symptoms and I didn't feel at all rushed during the consultation. Felt extremely lucky to get an appointment as my own GP practice didn't have any emergency appointments available this morning and NHS 111 never rang me back. Also, very handy that the pharmacy is next door.

   I should have been registered at Maylands within two workings days. It’s been over a week now and still waiting. I’m pregnant so you’d think this would’ve been fast tracked. They never answer their phones morning, noon or night. Very poor service in comparison to my previous GP.

   This is the worst ever surgery, they don’t care about patients who are really in need ….. it’s really hard to get hold of an apt , not sure how many people they see for a particular day ….. I will be moving out of this surgery for sure . My sincere advice is keep away from this one. If I had an option of -ve points would have gave them the least , they don’t even deserve one start too

   Everything is fine expect few things. For example, it good that they have car parking spaces and also they have clean environment, which i liked it. The problem is with their system, the working is very slow, long queues, they take a lot of time to prepare prescriptions and much more. Overall, it was good experience being there.

   From my experience the Docs and Nurses are great however that is if you ever get through to make an appointment! I work nights appointments can be made only in the morning and always on hold for over an hour! Online down so only option is to call. So frustrating

   Appalling. Have tried unsuccessful for two weeks to get an appointment. I was advised by receptionist on Friday to call on Monday 17/10/2022 when allocation for the week is available. Surgery opened at 8.00. I manage to get into queue at 08:01. Waiting holding for 37 minutes . Explain I'm have extreme joint pain, and haven't asked for any GP appointments in 8 years. I told all appointments for the week are taken. When I ask how can that be possible, I was told that " Calls are entered into a cloud!!!" After being a patient for 35 years I'm afraid this practice isn't fit for purpose and should remove the word Care from it's name.
