   It's honestly impressive how staff can remain completely unfazed and not even think of speeding up with multiple orders waiting, people stood waiting for food for over 20 mins. It's an impressive skill

   Had food here last night, the person cooking was referring to themselves as optimus speed at the time to the person on the front of house. Whilst I appreciate optimus speeds service speed I can't say the food hygiene standards are up to much. Both me and my partner have visited the toilet a lot so far today. As a former chef I'm 99% sure someone's not washed their hands after using the restroom or there has been some other form of cross contamination. Not great. Staff were polite though, can't take that away from them.

   Ordered through the electronic boards, was pretty plain sailing, the food was meh, I had halloumi fries which were cold and rubbery instead of hot and tasty, my double cheeseburger was warmish, not even the cheese had melted. Chips were ok.

   Well it’s been a year since I stopped at this Burger King where I had a really disappointing whopper experience, you’ll find it on here somewhere. I mean it was the worst whooper I’d ever had. Well I thought may be they have improved and the truth is they had, I would say they’ve gone from zero stars to 1 and that’s being good. At least the burger looked like it had been put together with minuscule of care. The patty though still micro thin to cook quickly, and still not hot. I mean this place still holds to me the worst whooper in the UK. Shame. I mean it didn’t even taste like a whooper burger should. Where is that beefy flame grill flavor? Guess it’s time to just use the independents now to get a quality burger. Bye bye Burger King two strikes and your off the enjoyable eating list.

   Haven’t have a burger for a long time. It was late & a convenient place to stop was at the Moto. I was very surprised with the Chimichurri Burger and the fries with chimichurri sauce. It was an error on the bill and was sorted out immediately. Excellent fast service for a fast food.

   My husband ordered a Bacon Double XL. The first burger was stone cold so he had it replaced. The beef patties were touch warm in the second burger and the bacon was stone cold. He took the second back only to told by a member of staff that the bacon is always cold. My husband told him that the bacon is always hot in his burgers and asked for a refund. Also when my husband tried to get the assistants attention, the assistant turned, looked at my husband and turned back to what he was doing. Really poor customer service.

   1 star is generous. Order 'king loaded fries' and they came with plain cheese sauce. When asked for the bacon topping shown on the ad, got told that they do offer it but just not right now.

   The staff are so helpful I thought I was in the North Korean branch. Went in at 10am and up on the electronic board they were advertising the breakfast menu. I asked for for the sausage muffin and was told “we’re not doing breakfasts mate” when asked why I was told “well we only opened half an hour ago and the breakfasts stop at half ten so no point” ooh that’s great mate eh not point on turning the advertising screens on then is there. The staff also seemed more interested in carrying on the conversation than serving me and the lad serving had a filthy shirt on covered in his ginger beaded hair.

   Wot a joke of a place first went in there about 5am toke so long to order that I ended up leaving then iv gone in there at ll:53am still mange to watch a member of staff for 2 minutes to be told I'll be right bk and start frying stuff so twice in the same day no service, if this place was not a motorways services then you would make no money wot a joke of staff dose any one do there job or is it just a place to go when mummy and daddy want u to get a job. Thanks for nothing bk slowly going off ur chains

   Consistently give you less of the garlic cheese bites than you order, if you order 9 you'll get about 6-8. Can't they count or is it just policy to scam? The three times I've been here they gave me 6, 7 or 8. Each time I ordered 9. How can counting to 9 be so difficult?
