Absolutely every doctor, nurse and receptionist I have spoken to have all been absolutely incredible. They are polite, caring and very friendly. I’ve never had an issue with getting an appointment!

I have now left the surgery its an absolute rubbish place. The receptionist sends you to a pharmacist who can't tell you what's wrong but advise you to see the doctor. Blood results are not followed up properly. The doctor told me(in a 2 minute conversation) the chronic pain in my hand was soft tissue damage and to take co- codamol for 5 weeks. It's not its osteoarthritis. He wouldn't do any follow up blood tests.

Great doctors, mostly. However, 2 of the receptionists are extremely rude and unpleasant. Completely lacking in compassion for people who already aren’t feeling the best - they don’t know the reasons people are there yet they are unkind and treat you like you’re a burden. I’m polite to everyone and don’t deserve to be spoken to like I’m dirt. One of them is the man, and even worse is the woman who apparently is the practice manager. They should be ashamed. How they continue to be that bad at their job and still keep it, I’ll never know. I wish I knew the names of the decent receptionists so I could give them a special mention. I think Shelly, Kay, Sarah?

It never gets any better. Since the day I registered 4.5 years ago they immediately lost “misplaced all our forms and paperwork delaying our registrations and my urgent repeat prescriptions. Sadly in those 4 years I have had to raise complaints with the manager Hardeep Nota which was handled poorly and unprofessionally. Like other encounters with receptionists (minus possibly 1 ) as others have said they can be extremely rude and blunt, seemingly detesting their job and most patients who approach the desk. The only positive experiences I can say who has been helpful and not rude is Sarah Nevard, who I have often had to direct the surgery’s errors to. I wish people were happier and more dedicated to their role, no one wants to be sick or unwell and I honestly do not deserve the way I have been spoken to some days. Respect should go both ways! We have personally found Dr C Jackson to be the most professional and attentive Dr here, Dr Sujan left sadly he really was a nice Dr. Like many have commented it can be impossible to get an appointment or you are put in with a “paramedic” who is not a dr. Then it is impossible to get parked which is not ideal for someone with mobility issues. Various experiences have been being prescribed the wrong medication for myself and for my elder with Alzheimer’s Dementia. The care has really been below what you would expect and I can understand why this place has the ratings of 2.3. Everyone is tired and everyone is stressed but can’t we all just try to make things a little better. Econsult is often switched off but I was told today ( IN CAPITALS) ITS ON ALL THE TIME! it’s been rather hard trying to get prescriptions I have asked for them to be added but I have to go through a long loop for “one off prescriptions” for a very long term condition that isn’t going away! Everything is just super complicated and people are just unnecessarily rude.

A very friendly and welcoming surgery. During covid it was bit difficult to get an appointment as you had to ring within certain times now it has all changed and back to normal the reception staff are very good and competent also the nurses here are good and friendly The place shares the space with another surgery located in the building which makes parking spaces limited so if you have a early morning appointment you most probably get some parking space if not you will have to park illegally in nearby roads and hope you don’t get a good ticket

If you work from 8am to 5pm don't bother trying to get a telephone appointment. Finished at 4pm today to get antibiotics for tonsillitis was told to ring at 8am or go to walk in centre. I'M AT WORK AT 8am!!! and I'm not wasting 3/4 hours at walk in centre. Could cost me a total of 5 hours just to get a prescription. Joke!

I had an appointment with a doctor about an infected nail at PWS, but she seemed to be in a rush by only looking at me for around 4 minutes without analysing well, instantly just prescribing antibiotics. These were completely ineffective, and the infection got much worse, so I had to go to hospital for a nail removal and cutting my finger. This is going to effect my daily life for weeks, which wouldn't have been the case if she was thorough and patient.

So I was messaged by the surgery to "Please book a routine telephone appointment with a doctor to discuss your referral" So far it's taken 3 days, approximately 120 attempted phone calls to get through. Get through by about 08:30 and be told we have no appointments left call again tomorrow... I have no expectations that tomorrow will be any different from the last three days. It doesn't take a genius to figure out why A&E is so overwhelmed

The automated message says to call the POD service (and gives number) for repeat prescriptions. This number is out of service. So issue number one is they are giving false information and people who need medication will try and call a dead line. Issue 2: Once you get through to the ringing stage, the phone will ring for 5-10minutes and you're lucky if you get an answer. The reception area is small and it should always be manned so why is someone sitting there listening to a phone ring? Lazy and rude receptionists that need firing. Many are young so this is their first job, wont help them get any better. If they aren't rude, they are pretty dumb and can't get information right and you have to keep repeating yourself over and over again so they dont mess anything up. 3rd issue: the 8am rat race is unacceptable. We are not in 2020 anymore, we dont need to reduce the numbers of people in places, especially hospitals so why is this surgery still doing it? The manager promised changes back in 2021, no need to lie to patients, we know nothing is going to change any time soon, lying makes you look incompetent and ignorant. Honestly, this GP practice was one of the best and I felt really lucky to have found it when I first moved here. Now I'm eager to get out of it when I find a decent one.

Still are having to go on telephone appointments and then they will call you in if needed. My 6 month old daughter came up in a rash last Tuesday they issued medication over the phone by looking at pictures through there link. The rash has now severely spread. I’ve just called the surgery at 18.26 as they don’t shut until 18.30 it started ringing and then they cut the line dead and when I re called the line said the surgery was shut. There is no hood Que when you ring in the morning for an appointment. Last Tuesday I called 113 times before I finally got through to the reception team and I couldn’t even have an appointment with a doctor I had to have one with there paramedic that works there. Call 111 guys if you need an appointment and it’s out of hours and they will ask the doctor to call you the next morning.
