   I used to go to the Bexleyheath branch for my laser sessions, but since it closed, I was automatically moved to the Bluewater clinic — and honestly, the experience has gone downhill. The service and attitude are completely different. I’ve even seen other people who were also moved from Bexleyheath saying the same thing, which clearly shows there’s an ongoing issue here. At one of my earlier appointments, I experienced some unprofessional behaviour after politely asking to include an add-on — something I had previously been told I could do during my session. I decided to move past that, but my experience today was incredibly frustrating. After completing my appointment, the staff member who carried out my treatment (who was absolutely lovely and professional) informed me that I needed to make a payment. This was shocking, as my account clearly showed one remaining session in my package. I was then told that this session was “only valid at Bexleyheath,” which had never been communicated to me. No one warned me that my package wouldn’t transfer or that there was a glitch affecting clients moved from Bexleyheath. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. Being charged £72 for a session I reasonably believed was covered feels misleading and unfair — especially when it appears to be a system issue on the company’s end. If the business is aware that this glitch exists, they should take responsibility and offer a proper resolution or compensation, instead of leaving customers to deal with the consequences of their internal errors. The only positive part of my visit was the kind and understanding receptionist, as well as the staff member who did my treatment. However, the overall experience has left me questioning the company’s reliability and professionalism. I truly hope they address these issues and improve communication for all clients who were moved from other branches. After this experience, I’ve decided to move to another clinic. It’s unfortunate, because I genuinely valued my time at Bexleyheath — but the lack of communication and accountability has lost my trust in the company.

   Today was my first visit to Laser Clinics UK at Bluewater for a SKIN Consult, Microdermabrasion Express with Elly. Elly made me feel really welcome and explained everything clearly. It was so relaxing, especially the yellow light therapy - I almost fell asleep. All of the serums and creams smelt amazing and Elly was firm but very gentle when applying them (and I loved the relaxing background music). I was amazed how smooth my skin looked afterwards and it also felt so much tighter. I will definitely be back regularly - can't recommend enough. Thank you.

   Amazing clinic with lovely staff. Husband Paid for a full laser as a voucher for me. There was a slight issue over the booking initially which Chelsea managed to sort out for me. I’ve had 3 treatments here now and am seeing great results. Fully recommend these guys, especially Chelsea who has gone over and above to give a great service. She is a real credit to this company.

   I can’t recommend Kimberly enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, informed, and completely at ease. She explained the process thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. The treatment itself are quick, professional, and surprisingly comfortable thanks to her gentle approach. Kimberly’s attention to detail and genuine care for her clients really sets her apart. My results have been amazing, and I’m so glad I found her!

   This is my 4th session with Chelsea A , and I’m so happy with the results! She is incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. She always explains everything clearly and checks in throughout the treatment to make sure I’m comfortable. I feel completely relaxed and in safe hands every time. Chelsea is a real credit to her work — I’m so glad I found her. Highly recommend!

   I’ve booked a session with them for full face, did the consultation then on the actual day they changed what they said and decided some areas of my face will not be covered. Then the session took 3 min in total, I find them very rude and stuck up she didn’t even give me a mirror to check my face after the session. My face is still full of hair. Waste of money I will never go there again. Very rude

   I had two sessions of laser hair removal so far - one for the face and one for full body - with Paulina and Sonia. I can genuinely say I am very happy! The ladies there are super nice and very professional. The process is quicker and much less painful than I expected, and I can see results already, as I've been shedding beard hair after just one session. Cherry on top, the prices are really good - lowest I've seen around, but by far the best laser I've had. Looking forward to more session, and to see the effects. Would totally recommend

   I had planned to visit this clinic at bluewater as soon as I was able too, I had walked past on many occasions while shopping before the clinic was open and couldn't wait to venture inside. Yesterday I visited and was not dissapointed, I was greeted by a lovely young lady who was very professional and confident in the answers to my questions while carrying out my consultation, the therapist was very friendly, caring and reassuring while carrying out my lazer hair removal. The room that my treatment was in was beautiful and clean. The clinic as a whole is lovely giving both a welcomming yet very professional feel. I will 100% be recommending them to my friends and will be back for sure. X
