   Cover sure Rotherham Scam company stay away!!!! I took out an insurance policy for my taxi with coversure two years ago. At the point of sale, they assured me of their service and standards and I was advised that should any claim need to be made they would handle the process with Collingwood (insurer) on my behalf. For this reason I didn’t mind paying a premium to go through them. At this point communication between myself and the company was very good, with the branch manager Rukshana always easily contactable and on hand to take payment from me on a weekly basis. A few months down the line I was involved in an accident which is when this “company” showed their true colours. They were again extremely efficient when it came to increasing my premium pending an investigation by the insurer, which I didn’t mind at the time as I was still under the impression they would handle my claim which I had video evidence of to show I wasn’t at fault. It was two years in January 2022 and I am still pressing them for a response. I tried contacting the branch and they informed me that the case had been closed and I wasn’t at fault. When I asked why I hadn’t been informed of this and my additional money refunded they had no answer. I didn’t trust what they were saying so pressed for written confirmation from Collingwood to say it was not my fault. After weeks of calling to speak with Rukhsana , who was always free to take payment, but disappeared when it came to doing her job,I was sent an e-Mail implying that the case was closed with me at fault. I then rang the company and was told by Rosie that Rukhsana would call me in half an hour. I rang back after one hour to be told she had gone home. At this point I went to the branch in person and knocked on the front shutters and was invited in through the back door by Rosie and her colleague to find rukhsana still in the office. At this point when I confronted them about their lies and theft I was asked to leave and the police were called. I waited outside for the police who seemed to be of the view they were wasting their time. They also exaggerated the entire story telling the police I was abusive and quote “hammered” on their shutters. I was then contacted by the equally incompetent manager of coversure Reeyana who refunded the additional money I had paid them pending the investigation and agreed the email implied I was at fault. I have since pressed her for clarification which I have not received. I challenge any member of staff from this scam company to try and dispute any aspect of the above. In addition from my experience their customer base is predominantly made up of non-native English speakers who can be easily misled by these con artists at the point of sale, chiefly Rukhsana Nael Hassan Hanafi Alloub

   Wow, excellent service received from Rukhsana. Vey helpful went out of her way to help. I did not understand what the best cover was for my buy to let insurance, little knowledge I had until I spoke to Coversure Rotherham. Online left me hugely exposed and I am pleased that I am in the hands of someone with so much knowledge.
