   These absolute scumbags left my 65 year old mum and 4year old grandson stranded for 5 hours collected them told them they were taking her home pulled into a service station told her she could grab a coffee an sandwich whilr she was in the garage they unloaded her car an left . She then recieved a text message telling her a new driver would be arriving at 20:30 . So from 1 in afternoon till 8:30pm and charged her £140 . You people are disgusting a honestly hope i get the chance to meet that driver . Wont even answer the phone absolute scumbags

   Was expected to wait 150 minutes for recovery with a child, ended up walking to nearest place to purchase a battery and fitted it within the recovery time. Called to cancel, still waiting for a refund.
