No seasoning on burger or sauce. Incredibly dry. No condiments available at counter. Truly the bear minimum. McDonald's is so much better and more consistent. Utterly disgusting and overpriced for the quality of food you get.
Great experience at this Burger King. The staff were friendly, service was quick, and the food was fresh and well prepared. The place was clean and well managed, even during busy hours. Would definitely visit again.
Today, Tuesday around hlaf 11 wife and I dined at Burger King and had the pleasure of being served by Atia. As the girl at the counter was busy with several orders, we used the app to place our order. Unfortunately, the kiosk wasn't working and my wife expressed concern about potentially losing all her points. Atia, working on her own, swiftly came to our aid with a cheerful smile, despite having other orders to attend to. She displayed exceptional professionalism, handling everything with patience and ensuring no one else experienced delays. I was surprised at how someone so young could be so attentive and on top of everything. I have a granddaughter myself and had to ask her how to leave a review as I had never done so before, but Atia truly deserved her 5 stars. Even though she was working solo, the food was fresh, the chips piping hot, and the onion rings delightfully crispy. After enjoying our meal, we returned to express our gratitude and to learn her name. Atia made our dining experience delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our food. She bid us a polite farewell, expressing how she looked forward to seeing us again, and we absolutely plan on returning. Thank you for making our dinner special I hope she gets all the appreciation she deserves.
I recently visited Burger King and was assisted by a team member named Ellie. She was absolutely delightful—welcoming, cheerful and genuinely attentive. Not only did she take my order efficiently, but she went above and beyond by kindly offering meal options, sauces, and upgrades in a way that felt helpful, not pushy. Her positive attitude and warm smile truly brightened my day. She's a ray of sunshine and I wanted to make sure her excellent service doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for hiring such wonderful staff!
Plant based double whopper cooked fresh and to perfection, the manager was very apologetic about a wait of not even five minutes. Honestly I prefer them fresh off the grill so that was hardly a problem! Chips were hot and fluffy. I will be back.
Saturday morning breakfast. Arrived at just after 09:30. Only customer in the restaurant. No hash browns available, so had to stick to a Breakfast King sandwich and an espresso. Service was efficient, but hardly friendly. The lady who gave me my order at the counter seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else. Espresso served in a cup way too big for an espresso, which seemed like a bit of a waste. Consequently my drink got cold rapidly. Sandwich a decent size, although the egg tasted plasticky, like it had been microwaved in a plastic container. Cheese also seemed like plastic. Plenty of seating, seemed clean, which it should be first thing in the morning. Plenty of parking. Convenient for my needs today, but otherwise underwhelming. Wouldn't return by choice.
Food was a lot better than McDonald's, they actually looked more like the pictures. Had a Bacon XL, fries and a coke zero. Fries were far too salty!
The food here is always hot, the staff are polite and friendly, and it's always clean. Love going here to eat.
Don’t get to Burger King as often as I’d like. Visited the one at Elland Road today as a Sunday treat on my way home. Used the drive through which was quick and easy. Burger 10/10 Fries 10/10 Onion rings 10/10 No hot drinks was the only disappointment but you’re lucky if you can ever order a milkshake at Mac Donald’s. Both let themselves down on the drinks side. Take away food doesn’t get any better than this. Lots of parking available and ideally suited for the M62 / M1 motorways.
The Home of the Whopper, Burger King was founded in 1953 in the USA. We estimate Burger King has 18,000 outlets worldwide, in over 100 COUNTRIES, with over £1 Billion turnover per annum. In our opinion, BK produces some of the best burger products out there and the fries are no exception, firmer and tasting better than certain other chains. The Whopper, flame grilled and served with fresh lettuce, tomato and the infamous gherkin, takes some beating, for quality, quantity and satisfaction. We visited this restaurant on 29-Dec and were not disappointed. The staff were helpful and the food was freshly cooked. The atmosphere was quiet and the place was not very busy, but we recommend this restaurant with 4-stars.
