Respectfully I went to the branch in a38 and honestly awful food, no wonder it’s so quiet guy looked surprised to see me. Chicken was dry and gave a ration of chips, spent £10 on 10 chips with a peace of chicken no drink was given. No hate intended just a lil heads up.
Was lost for choice on Ladypool Rd, and we arrived at Casa parmo. I'm not a fan of parmo from experience at other place but me and my family had chicken parmo burger , spicy filet burger and 2oz. Food was good service was great and atmosphere was very quiet, not sure why. the interior was lovely and I enjoyed it here. Would recommend it.
Whilst I respect and understand that I’m leaving my review on the Ladypool Road shop, the order was actually at the food stand at the A38 Last Exit. However when searching up the food stand for that location, it only appears as ‘A38 Last Exit’, which has loads of businesses in it. No particularly happy about my order. Ordered the Kashmiri A38 Box at the Casa Parma food stand. They confirmed that the Ladypool Road store and the food stand is owned by the same people. Chicken Parmasean was burnt, and really difficult to cut up. Hardly any keema, just loaded with cheese and pieces of chicken tikka. Spent around £36 to which I was not happy. Mac and Cheese was nice, along with the Steak Cut Chips, which was semi decent, however the main was rubbish.
This place was highly recommended to me by a few people so i thought I’d go and check it out unfortunately I wish I didn’t , The rice and steak is one of the best I’ve had the lamb is succulent and rice is well cooked but my experience from there goes down hill . I noticed a hair in the Parmesan I took it back to the counter and the chap serving looked at it and said I’ll make you another one so I waited for over 10 minutes for what I thought would be a new portion but sadly it wasn’t all they did was take the hair out and re fry the chips that were on my tray because they had gotten ice cold also wings on my trey were ice cold by the time I got my food trey back. What I got back was a cold Parmesan cold wings and re fried chips. What started off as a good experience sadly ended up as a disappointment.
This shop is a good shout to try out on ladypool Road. It's a small store in comparison to others; but nonetheless, the standard of customer service is good. Its quality food is good value for money but would have been better if the meal included a drink. I had the chicken permansen. Very nice and goes well with their purple coleslaw.
OK so I'm quite demanding and rarely give 5* star reviews but I enjoyed this place. The staff were friendly and bought the food to my table. The meal was hot and tasty. The coleslaw is delicious. Try it.
Lovely staff that are very helpful and accommodating to gain a order as this place was very quite and that’s the only reason I gave them a 3 star otherwise it was a 1 for my order. The coleslaw was really nice and different from the normal. The parmo was really small and bland for the price as it’s very expensive for the portion size. The taste of the chicken was identical to Costco CPC breast fillets. Not really worth the price. Unfortunately I wouldn’t be going back.
WOW! I don't normally go for Chicken Parmesan but chose this because it was meant to be really spicy. In the photo is the Inferno (HOT) parm...and boy was it good. Creamy, crispy chicken and not too cheesy! The spice levels were absolutely amazing for me. However if you can't handle your spice then I would go for one of the other options. It delivers well and when it arrived the chips were not soggy. I would definitely order it again and would recommend that you try it especially if you like Chicken Parm.
Minimal seating, box standard customer service, nothing to write home about! Cooked from frozen "Chips" are juicy if you like the oily variety!! Parmesan a little thin and seemed under cooked. When you're surrounded by the great variety on Ladypool Road, you need to stand out and this experience certainly wasn't!
