Only reason I came in was because the girl doing the PR was so nice. She was really polite and professional and didnt lie to us about it being good.... it actually was. If it wasn't for Jamie leigh I'd of just walked on by. She's a credit to the bar!
the small white bouncer wasn’t kind to my mate who happens to be from a different country and struggled to speak english i think it was rude and unprofessional and not what i expect when i try to go out.

Great place, great music. Kieran the bartender absolutely made my night, he was so lovely and chatty and made me feel so comfortable as normally i get anxious going out. Will definitely return, knowing you have great staff
Worst club exeriance ever. Bouncers are awful. I had to wait an hour in a queque, even though tickets I bougt online said that I colud enter without waitning. The dancefloor is disgusting filled with rubbish, puke and flip flops. Also the music is super boring, so almost nobody is dancing... Drinks at the bar are extrymly expensive and taste like chloroine. Worst club ever! DO NOT GO THERE!
A Liverpool institution and rite of passage for locals and students alike. Looks like it’s gone from strength to strength over the years and a proper club in its own right nowadays. Great memories here! Well done guys!
Had a great experience with Jay at Bar Baa. My friends and I suspected that one of my friends had been spiked and Jay immediately helped after we expressed our concerns. He tested her drink and she had been spiked, he stayed with us the whole time and explained what her side effects would be. This is a situation we have never dealt with before, but because of advice and friendliness from Jay, we felt really looked after and safe. As a group of girls we also really appreciated that Jay walked us back to our apartment, especially as we did not know our way around. We can’t thank Jay enough for being so amazing that night.
My son was beaten up by the bouncers and his gold chain stolen. All on video. He is a person of colour so fits these reviews perfectly
2022 and bouncers are still making racist comments. Reading the old reviews I wonder why no efforts were made to fix it or is it how they want to run the place?
Jay the manager was extremely helpful at the weekend when I had a panic attack. He helped me get outside, got me water and sat with me until I was calm again.
