   I had a virtual session a few weeks ago with Tuudae which I believe is the new name for Serenity? I would not recommend their services to anyone. Firstly they are so unorganized, I received the link to the session at 11pm the night before although I had paid for the session and scheduled it a few weeks in advance. On the day of the session, the link wasn't working and kept going back and forth with the therapist. Then I joined a link but the therapist couldn't join the link? It was extremely stressful. When you are seeking therapy, you really don't expect it to add more stress to your life. The conversation went ok although most of the time was spent with the therapist talking about the IT issues! So 75 pounds later and not only I didn't get anything from the session but I was left extremely stressed for the rest of the day. I then received MANY emails from the therapist asking me to sign a contract that I couldn't access!! And SEVERAL emails asking me to book another session. When I made my intentions clear and told the receptionist and the therapist about my experience, they just said well we are having a new system in place and the IT issues are expected! Very bad experience. There are so many other therapists available, so I'd suggest avoiding this one if you want to actually get any value for your money and feel better!
