   From start to finish the staff in the TUI in Speke store are so welcoming. We were dealt with quickly and efficiently and Inge listened to all our needs and met them she was brilliant. Last year l had a problem whilst in Mauritius about an ongoing booking and again they dealt with the problem leaving me to enjoy my holiday without worrying. I would highly recommend TUI and Inge who was our travel agent.

   Our experience at the Tui store in Speke Liverpool was excellent.Kyle our booking agent was amazing, so helpful in every way, he spent over an hour with us as we explored options for our honeymoon . Kyle was diligent , friendly and so approachable. We booked our dream holiday with all the help and advice we needed and came away feeling that Kyle had listened to our needs and found us just what we wanted and more , his knowledge was exceptional and would highly recommend him to others looking to book a holiday .    Booked a cruise today. Megan Patterson greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome and her professionalism continued throughout our meeting. Megan was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic which made us feel that we were in good hands. She was able to put together a great package cruise which was also £400 cheaper than another travel agent. Her manager Louise came over towards the end of our meeting and checked everything over ensuring we were happy with the booking and service. This gave us the extra comfort of knowing everything was as we wanted. We were so impressed with Megan that rather than ‘thinking about it’ we decided to book there and then. It was a pleasure to be served by someone so enthusiastic and who clearly has a passion for travel.
