I've been here a couple of times with my 5 year old son. It's The best day out, and the staff absolutely make it. No rushing or stress. Safety is a clear priority for them and it's extremely reassuring, but also the attention, interaction and attitude with people is brilliantly done. Very good with my kid and all the other family's. It all feels natural and not forced, it's not something you can learn on a course, it's more a vocation. I can't recommend highly enough, too marks.

Booked for my teen daughter & her friend to go to a sundown session and they had a fantastic time. The staff are always great and today was no exception. Friendly, helpful and always ready to chat, we even had good weather! Would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous fun morning at Go Ape. We did the Tree Top adventure plus and loved it! Our group had a mixed of abilities and the team helped when my son was nervous, encouraging and offering the option to get off and to have another go. Even despite the rainy weather this did not stop the fun or the adventure, my youngest is already asking to go back!

Good experience as a family. We all followed instructions and found it a good experience. 5yr old needed help with all the clips as he was too short, would recommend for 6+ or taller child. Nearly 9yr old enjoyed the two treetop adventure routes and the treetop adventure plus route. But needed the toilet as there was a lot of waiting round. The induction/setup was fine. Two children went up in front of us with adults watching but then got too scared to move so staff needed to climb past to help. There should be a recommendation that the first climb should be supervised by an adult on the course, not from the ground.

We had a great day at Ape Delamere. We did the adventure plus course. The adventure plus course gives you three courses, I would say they get a bit challenging as each one goes on. We are a family of 4 and our youngest is 7 and she was brilliant! We had a thorough induction and safety chat. There were plenty of staff and instructors every part of the course. They were reassuring when our youngest was a bit frightened towards the end of the last course. So the staff are supportive and check in with you. They are always checking to make sure you're safely clipped on at all times . Safety is paramount. The clips , ropes and harnesses, etc. are all in perfect condition and well looked after. Beautiful location, Delamere is so lovely and we had nice weather whilst doing this an even bigger bonus! It's definitely good family fun ! We would highly recommend it. Thank you for a great day!

The teens had a great time, well ran by staff and safety is maintained well. Range of activities and a unique experience. Beautiful place to walk while waiting for those taking part, could be better signposted to get to cafe/toilets.

I got taken here as a surprise and I can say I was pleasantly surprised. The experience was nice and thrilling. The instructor have a good brief and off we went. You start with an easy course then gradually build up. Some of the courses have a choice of medium/difficult routes so, you can choose based on how brave you feel. I went for the difficult ones all the times to get my money's worth. On course 5 I'd suggest going on the extreme route as it's very fun. If you want to go there and take it slowly I'd suggest going late in the day, so you don't have a lot of people rushing you from behind. Or simply let others pass and take your time. One thing I didn't really like was that you had to pay for car park nearby (£8 for over 2 hours), which is a bit steep considering the already high price of the experience. All in all I am happy with it and I'd recommend it. Remember to ALWAYS STAY ATTACHED!

This was an incredible experience. We were able, kindly, to move our booking forward an hour and this very positive experience with the staff was replicated at every possible interaction. I can't thank the staff enough for all their help, advice and support. My daughter has autism and the team were just superb and very accommodating. The course was challenging, long and exhilarating. We finished tired but very happy. Thank you to all the staff and to the lovely couples ahead and behind us!
