   Absolutely horrific, they leave very vulnerable children without the help they so desperately need. They feel a group of 10 counselling sections will fix everyone and do no more than that even when a child self harms. Families are left to fight for an appointment for their child but still no help comes. Then the second they turn 18 CAHMS writes them off even though they’ve waited years for the help they never got with us families propping up our young ones as best as possible throughout that time with the stupid thought that they’d help your child eventually. But unfortunately they do not help and families are left to suffer.wished it would let me give zero star rating.

   Such a nice place! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! No one has been rude to us while we were there which is satisfactory. The reception has a very nice lady who is always so calm no matter what situation and is extremely patient which you would expect at a CAHMS. The area in the whole building is clean including the WC facilities. There is a water fountain inside the main lobby with provided cups.

   I have always found the therapists and psychiatrists to be lovely here and did all they could to help my daughters. I found Lewisham Park to be much more involved in the child’s care, and definitely had better treatment here, than when we were under Kaleidoscope (around the corner)
