   We stayed in Trentham at the Old watermill, one of the best self catering lets that I've ever stayed. Thoughtfully equipped and designed with a lot of love and care. We appreciated the welcome basket and extra bits and pieces such as shampoo, kitchen roll, foil etc. The Kitchen was fully equipped (you could make a Christmas dinner in it). The beds were comfortable and the open plan set up worked very well for my family of Four. Julie the owner was excellent and very helpful.

   Porter Bridge farm We booked this for an extended family get together. The outside pictures are not very flattering but they disguise a very well appointed property which is of a very high standard with enough space for our party of 15 and two dogs to thoroughly enjoy. Plenty of out door space to exersize the dogs, a very good BBQ and seating area and two hot tubs.The booking and checkin processes were well ahndled and all in all we were delighted with the property and the service.

   We stayed at The Hayloft near Stroud for a week with our family. It was a lovely cottage, with everything needed was there. They also catered for 3 dogs when on the website, it reports only catered for one, so this was a huge bonus. The only downside was there isn't a gate on entry so we could not leave the doors open incase our dogs got out. Also there was only seating for 5 in the lounge, where the loft caters for 6. I would definitely book with Eden Retreats again in the future, easy website to use, with lots of information, also the agents were always contactable when we had any questions.

   Our second visit with Eden Retreats this year and wouldn't book through anyone else now! This time we stayed in Cheshire and the house was perfect for us and so well equipped - better than our own home! The owner was really helpful and contacted us before arrival. We found Eden Retreats really efficient and easy to use and they have always answered any queries we've had fully and clearly. Highly recommend them.

   Initially we had some issues with bookings due to the home-owners of other properties, but the Eden team were excellent in helping us resolve them and find a new property. We were able to stay at Meliden House near Prestatyn. Lovely property, good location for exploring the north of Wales. The kids rooms were fantastic for our young children. The view from the hot tub was great, looking over the fields, the coast and the sunsets. The main thing missing was a visitor pack in the property, a guide to the property and things to do and see in the area. I'm sure this will quickly be rectified.

   We’ve booked and stayed at two properties through Eden Retreats - Byre Cottage in the Lake District and The Old Watermill in Staffordshire. I have to say the booking process was so easy and all communication was extremely friendly. Both properties were to a really high standard, exceptionally clean and really well equipped. The welcome packs were out if this world with freshly baked bread and cakes alongside lots of other treats and so much more than you would ever expect. Owners at both properties made us feel so welcome! We will definitely be booking again soon.
