This was our first time in Kefalonia and it surpassed our expectations even more than usual. The hotel and the resort, both personal recommendations from the team made the holiday even more special, a real gem.    Customer service is a little bit flat, rather than suggesting destinations that would suit they just gave me a handful of brochures and told me to come back another day. So I went somewhere else that were much more helpful!
