   We couldn’t recommend Kuoni Chester enough - especially for future Honeymooners! We walked in feeling deflated following a rather disappointing chat with another provider. Cheryl, however, welcomed us with a lovely smile (& a glass of fizz) and was absolutely wonderful. Although we didn’t have an appointment, she spent hours meticulously going through all the available options for us in line with our budget and month of travel. She treated it as if it was her own holiday she was putting together and we left with huge smiles on our faces. Cheryl - we can’t thank you enough. Thank you so much for your time and expertise.

   We had the pleasure of working with Siobhan O'Boylan for our honeymoon booking and it was a first class experience!! Siobhan is incredibly knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect island for our trip. Despite my occasional hesitation (to make sure I didn't miss anything!) she was able to provide good reasons why certain islands were not the best fit for us. Not only that, Siobhan is always responsive, helpful, and truly listens to our needs and preferences. She's also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to which made the whole process a breeze. We couldn't be more thankful for everything she has done for us. Thank you Siobhan for helping us book the perfect honeymoon! We highly recommend her services to anyone planning a trip and we can't wait to leave for the most unforgettable trip of our lives!

   We booked a special celebration holiday with Cheryl in Kuoni travel Chester, via Carrier to Barbados prior to the Covid outbreak only to discover that our plans had been ruined with the upcoming ban on travel at that time. A voucher was issued for the deposit by Carrier to use with their company and compensate for our lost holiday however with the passage of time we changed our our thoughts and notified Cheryl McCormack that we no longer found that Carrier holidays were appropriate for our needs . Shortly after my conversation , I received notification from Cheryl to say that a full refund on my deposit had been issued Many thanks to all the staff at Kuoni in Chester for listening and understanding my needs.

   We first met Siobhan in 2019 when she helped us put together the most amazing honeymoon. We knew we wanted to go on safari and Siobhan was amazing at helping us chose where to go and stay, her knowledge and passion for making sure we had a truly amazing honeymoon made us know we were in safe hands! She was always on hand to help us when things changed due to covid and keeping us up to date. We’ve since been back to book another holiday and when you go into Kuoni Chester it’s such a friendly environment and everyone is very welcoming and helpful. If you’re after an amazing holiday booked by the loveliest team then look no further. It has been an absolute pleasure to have Siobhan look after us and we always have such a good laugh when we see her and already can’t wait to book another trip with her next year!

   We booked our 2022 holiday to the amazing Seychelles online with Kuoni. The process was good but nearing departure we had some small questions that were proving difficult to resolve online. We happened to be in Chester just prior to departure and Siobhan kindly assisted us with the information we needed. We were so pleased with the in-store service at Chester that we decided to book our 2023 holiday through the store. As before, Siobhan was very good at carefully listening to what we wanted and then making excellent suggestions that quickly led us to making a booking with Kuoni. Our overall experience was very positive and we will book our future holidays through the store as we deeply value the personal attention given by the Team.
