We have used Hays travel a couple of times, both excellent. The support care and professionalism of Nicola has been superb. I cannot recommend this company enough.
Worst travel agent. Completely messed up our holiday. Told me 4 days before the holiday that the excursions I'd booked were somehow overbooked. Told me to sort it out myself and wouldn't help me rearrange them. Got the flights right but that's about it. They booked the wrong dates for the hotel and airport transfer so we were nearly left stranded at the airport with no where to stay. When I complained it took months for them to come back to me. Said they'd organise compensation but never came back to me despite me chasing. I gave up in the end. Will never use the company again.
Booked our holiday today, we haven't been abroad for approximately 12 years, so were a bit unfamiliar with the whole process now! We explained what we were looking for and our budget, With a great deal of help, and alot of patience from Molly we are really looking forward to some well overdue sun on our backs! Arranged holiday to Marjorca last minute. All good. Very helpful. Printed off all paperwork for us as we are retired and don't have printer. Will definitely book next holiday with them. Far better face to face than on line. Good price
Had to cancel our holiday for Feb this year. Staff wonderful. Took over the transfer of the holiday until later. Thought it was going to be so difficult, but everything was done for me whilst I put my feet up and had a cup of tea
Booked a couple of holiday through their Chester branch. Must say all the staff are very courteous and know exactly what their doing. All the hassle of doing it myself spending hours trolling through the internet looking for the best flights and accommodation has been taken away! Would highly recommend Hays Travel.
Awful Company to do business with. Holiday was cancelled in July due to Covid-19 and i am being told i will not receive any money until september. Spoken to a couple of other travel agents who have advised they have already issued refunds to their customer who had holidays cancelled at a similar time. Quick at taking the money from you but do all they can to keep hold of it
