I went into the store with a holiday I had booked on the TUI app, which I needed changing & both ladies were determined to help me, despite a lot of difficulties faced along the way. Had an issue with an existing booking and it was causing a lot of stress. Came in to St Helens store and Nic helped so much. Ended up sorting out the problem completely and was professional and helpful at all times and gave great customer service. Will definitely be booking again with St Helens.
Always receive great service in store and the staff are always happy to help with queries and provide honest service. We had a holiday booked through TUI for our wedding last year and they helped to make sure anything we needed help with at the resort was sorted and coming home they were fantastic too. When originally booking to go to Mexico, they were honest and admitted it is cheaper to book the wedding through the hotel as we had intended but still checked prices to see if they could match it, which they couldn't. Will continue to use TUI for our holidays going forward.
