Absolutely brilliant staff Paul in Old Swan Liverpool on the exchange desk is amazing. So helpful and always has a smile on his face. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have booked three breaks with Hays travel, old swan. Heather got us a great deal on holiday to Florida, was very kind and printed park passes, talked us through their pre payment Mastercard ( which was accepted everywhere and easy to top up). The staff are nice to talk to and I will return again.

Nice food hotel rooms need updating, we had a problem with ants in the bathroom which staff treated, the treatment worked only for the ants to return the next day the problem persisted till we left hotel.
Have been booking with hays since Thomas Cook went down had no problems with the company covid came along and had to re-book 4 times
