   I left a negative review after them messing up our special holiday. Their reply was its was a trainees fault, with no apology. They have now blocked me on their Facebook page. My advice is use polkadot travel.

   Shocking ! Hidden fees in the fine print only to find out once on holiday to pay the hotel an extra £200. Never using HAYS TRAVEL again !!

   Ordering travel money is very much hit or miss, they had no knowledge of the first order, don’t feel confident the second request will happen…time will tell

   The girls are very nice and friendly in the wrexham branch but my got trying to get holiday vouchers as a gift should only take few days at the most to arrive but its over 3 weeks and still not received them so lesson learned won't be doing that again.

   We have booked a few holidays/vacations with Hayes (Wrexham) and so far their customer service was absolutely brilliant. I was really sceptical at first because my experience with other travel agents such as Tui were rather poor, and their customer service was usually very slow and inefficient. However the ladies that have helped us with our bookings were always very friendly and understanding, despite how busy they were. More specifically, we had an issue with Royal Caribbean where we could not check in, as me and my partner are both under the age of 21 (they're an American cruise line). I must say that the team was really helpful, and truly went above and beyond of what I would usually expect from someone. When I had a similar experience with Tui, they told me I need to do all the leg work myself which didn't made my pre-vacation time very much "stress free". Personal shutout to Leah who is always keen to help and tries her best to make the process easier to us as her customers. 10/10 | 100% recommend :)

   We booked a family holiday with Hays in 2019 for 2020 and all through the pandemic they were amazing! We ended up cancelling the holiday to rebook in the future. Following on from their amazing service, me and my boyfriend booked a "last minute" holiday with them. Lauren assisted us and helped us throughout the entire process, even when we were popping in the day before departure! Her service was next to none and she found us the perfect holiday that we thoroughly enjoyed! I couldn't recommend her or Hays Travel enough! They go above and beyond every time!
