   My friend and I had a superb experience for the North Wales trip from Chester with Busybus. The booking process was pretty easy and we were informed about the pick up and drop off points and the time. The journey in the bus was smooth and the roadside views were breathtaking. The stops have been designed beautifully to stay grateful to the bounty of nature and ease of travel. Lee's commentaries, historical anecdotes, and the music played pushed the level of our experience to be on the superlative. Lee is helpful, cheerful and has an excellent sense of humour. His sense to understand the needs of the passengers, urge to find the best selfie spots is commendable. It was indeed a task to decide the best scenery...be it the view from the aqueduct or the picture postcard sheep grazing lush green fields .. the narrow roads in the Llanogwen valley, the waterfalls...the massive Conwy Castle or the stunningly beautiful sunset at Llandudno...each one of them were pearls and majestic. Thanks to the company, every staff and of course Lee for making it a fantastic and a memorable trip for us.

   Toured the Lake District with wonderfully pleasant driver and guide (Shelli) who added to an interesting and fun experience. Scenery was beautiful and towns charming but crowded. One minor disappointment was the optional ferry ride from Bowness to Ambleside (13£). Short and didn’t add much in terms of scenery. The trip highlight was a beautiful walk from a high point in the Langdales to the valley below. Grasmere was a town worthy of William Wordsworth poetic description.

   Had an amazing time on Busy Bus’s North Wales day trip from Chester. Our guide Chelly was fantastic—energetic, super informative and funny. The bus was on time, and the whole trip was smooth and well-planned. North Wales is breathtaking, and this tour made it even better! Definitely recommending this to everyone, and we’re already looking forward to trying their other tours.

   We were gifted the Busy Bus North Wales adventure, with Shelley as our guide yesterday and have only the highest praise about everything on this trip. The minibus was clean, secure and comfortable. Shelley was the best tour guide possible...warm,entertaining, very informative using a variety of communication methods and inclusive of all her passengers. She obviously loves her job. The trip was well constructed, with the right number of breaks to visit several places of interest on the way. I would rate this way above 10/10 if that were possible! Thank you to all involved for such a splendid day.

   We enjoyed a great day in North Wales, starting and ending in Chester. Everything was well organized and ran right on time. You get to see a variety of sights and landscapes. It would be quite difficult to plan a trip like this yourself and get it all done in one day. There are plenty of toilet and food breaks if you need them.

   We recently planned to visit the Lake District, where a large group cancellation took place at the last minute. So it was just 4 of us, Busy Bus didn't disappoint us and we did go as planned. The price is very much affordable for students like me . Frank is commendable, love the way he engages first time visitors though he had been multiple times to the same place. We get to know a lot about the history and the perfect spots to visit, especially the route taken by the bus is absolutely fantastic.Already been to the North Wales tour .Looking forward to the Yorkshire trip. Frank please include Peak District and Scotland tours as well. Looking forward to join you soon. We love you so much Frank :)

   Adrian was a fantastic tour guide, very entertaining and knowledgeable. We loved the views in the Lake district, especially the boat trip across Windermere :) we were blessed with sunny weather (in November) and had a lovely walk though a small part of the lake district as well as visiting Ambleside, Grasmere and Castlerigg. The gingerbread is divine and I loved seeing all the sheep! The only unfortunate part was how long we were in the minibus for, though Adrian kept us well entertained throughout.

   Had some friends up from London and met them in Chester. They said come on show us YOUR Wales. Instead of driving around in my car I googled tours and saw the reviews from Busybus. Wow what a laugh. Adrian the driver had such a dry humour and made up half of the tourist facts. I enjoyed cos I spent time with my friends and added my own stories and details to the broad itinerary.
