   This was an amazing experience having been in active addiction for 25 years and being in primary treatment and not using drugs and alcohol my anxiety and depression was at an all time high the sessions with Alison helped me massively in my recovery and I still use what she taught me in my meditation routine and also the science she explained to me about the way the brain works the neural pathways and the fight or flight fear response of the primitive part of our brain is a massive part of what I now teach and use in my job as a support worker for addiction I’m now 17 days away from being 12 months clean and sober and my anxiety and back depression is almost none existent and these sessions are huge part of why I am doing the thing I do today thank you Alison

   I started with Ali for anxiety and could not believe the difference her skill set made to me I would recommend anyone struggling with anxiety to book this course, she explains everything and has such a lovely manner. Due to the the benefit of the anxiety sessions I have since returned for a programme for weight management and in the first 3 sessions lost 6lbs, I will continue to use Ali for all forms of hypnotherapy and highly recommend anyone to use her.
