Was very poor quality of room T.V. not working, No lighting that could be accessed from bed, and was suspicious of how clean sheets and pillow were. Basics I expect, even in a cheap hotel the price was the only good thing. Also car had been broken into.

I had booked a room at UNO Hotel in Slough for the night of the 5th. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception. After repeatedly calling, one man who was sleeping finally came out, gave us the key, and told us to go to room 106. When we reached the room, it was completely different from what I had booked and was very dirty. It had only one king-size bed, whereas I had booked a room with two beds. I tried calling the reception, but no one answered, and there was nobody at the desk either. I recorded a video of the room—it was filthy, and the door couldn’t even be locked from the inside. In the morning, I informed the reception about the issue and told them that the room didn’t match the photos shown online. The person there said that the pictures were just for display and that the actual rooms were different. I showed him the video I had recorded of the dirty room and asked for a refund. He kept apologizing, saying he didn’t know about it. When I asked to speak with the manager, he said, “I’m the manager.” Later, when I checked the Google reviews, I saw that many other guests had written the same thing—that the hotel uses photoshopped pictures online and gives completely different, dirty rooms in reality. These people are scamming their customers.

How this hotel is a 4 star I do not understand. The internet is slow/non existent so I had to use my hotspot for the 3 nights I was there. The tv didn’t work on arrival and I was told they would give me a different room the following day, when I tried to change rooms I was told all tvs aren’t working and the only ones that work are in the family rooms. On the 2nd night I was lying in bed and noticed I was itching quite a bit, I got up and was checking the bed and I found a little bug. Can’t say for sure what it was but with the state of that place I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a bed bug. There was no shower curtain/screen so when I was having a shower the floor was left like a paddling pool. When I arrived back at the hotel on my last night I asked the receptionist if she knew if the room had been cleaned because I needed a towel. I was then told the room would be cleaned once I checked out, all the rubbish I had accumulated over the stay remained there, no sheets were changed and I had to request a clean towel when clearly if someone is staying more than 2 nights, 2 towels isn’t sufficient. I would never ever stay here again.

The carpets looked like a Jackson Pollock painting, and the place is 2 star at most. But the shower was warm and the bed was comfy. Oh and they charge you £12 for the privilege parking in the car park overnight which isn’t mentioned anywhere I could see when you book.

Had a really good time here. Spent about 5 nights here and my family and I enjoyed it. We used a family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds for a family of 5 with 2 small children. The staff were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The location is excellent....right on a few major bus routes making it ridiculously easy to get into the centre of London or Legoland. While they don't serve food themselves, there is an amazing restaurant next door that does breakfast, brunch or lunch, and the hotel is walking distance to a small service tesco.

After an exhaustive search we came across the Uno hotel in London . The research paid off with a small, friendly and well priced. From the moment we arrived everyone we encountered from the hotel team was both friendly and helpful. The rooms were small with a compact en suite. However they were perfectly adequate and always spotless.

I was a bit dubious about finding a room for 3 adults but was so surprised at this gem. so great location. The room cannot be faulted , very comfortable beds, a fan and fridge, both very welcome. Tea and coffee facilities and the chap on reception was very attentive ! We will definitely book here again

Very happy with the rooms we had and the service provided by the cleaning staff was first class, with toiletries and towels replaced/replenished every day. Very comfortable bed and pillows and a comfortable chair in the room also. It was great to have a fridge as well as kettle and well-stocked hospitality tray. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was very good with very helpful service staff. Reception staff were also very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.

We stayed at UNO HOTEL for three nights and we really appreciated our stay. Essential double room with all you need for a short visit in London like us, where you just need a quiet place to rest after an intense walking day in the city. We really appreciated the cookies refill in the morning and the coffee facilities in the room. I would definitely come back.
